I called yesterday to order pizza for my daughters birthday party. The party was at a neighborhood pool that didn?t have an... exact address so we have them the home address (right around the corner) and I asked the guy taking the order to please tell thedriver to call me when he came in the neighborhood so could direct him to the pool. He then rudely told me that they don?t payfor phones or phone bills for the delivery drivers and that if they don?t want to call me they don?t have to and they may notget there with the pizza. I then asked him to simply notate that the pool is directly to the right upon entering theneighborhood. He told me he couldn?t make any promises they would find it. He was very rude and didn?t seem to want my business.So I called Pizza Hut and gave them my $300 order and they had ZERO problems with my delivery requests. I live 30 seconds fromthis location but I won?t be giving them anymore business. Read more
Horrible customer service my order wasn't right 3 times. Brandon called me from his personal phone telling me not to call his... store back that he made my order and he had a lot of kids working for him and my order was right he did it himself butdefinitely wasn't right. The pizza's are some of the most flavorless I have eaten in recent time. Very bland sauce and dough. I used to order from the... Hwy. 5 Papa Johns before they became woke and the pizza was always good. I don't know if the problem is just this location orthey have changed the recipe at all the stores. I ordered twice with the same results so they are at least consistently bad. Read more

Every order has been perfect. I used to hate Papa John?s but since they opened one down the road, I decided to try it and I am... so glad I did. They must have changed their recipe. I love ordering from here and have done so at least once a week since theyopened. The food is delicious and the wait times are not terrible. Keep it up! Read more
