This review is not about the food ????. The food is delicious, but this last time a Hispanic girl took my order and while she... reviewed the order with me, she definitely incorrectly overcharged me for an additional meal. Now I'm a reasonable person, Imake mistakes, that's not a problem, but she proceeded to be rude and talk to me without listening to my issue, then tried todismiss me. At that point I was irrate. Would not stand for her to think it was any way acceptable to talk over me as thecustomer not let me get a word in when she had made the mistake of over charging me. Were it not for the cook and the ownercalming me down I would have gotten every penny back. But they were very accommodating and kind. Very hospitable and veryprofessional and caring. So while my day was a one star I have to give the place 4 stars off shear effort and kindness from theCook #1 and the Manager#2. That leads me to an overall 3 stars. That young lady needs to learn to be quiet and listen to thecustomer to find out the issue, I know I was right because she verified the order as 3 meals but charged me for 4, I almostthought she might be trying to over charge me purposely with a plan to steal money from me and the company. Trifling. Read more

Hey Google, remind me not to come here again. Why? The portion is substantially smaller than before?even after paying for extra... meat. Fried rice consists of no green beans or carrots bits just plain old steamed rice mixed with soy sauce. Read more

Been coming here for years and the food is always a treat! They definitely have the right idea when it comes to the stamp cards... and having some good chicken in general, but something is going down in managment lately. How to I explain it? Well, I guessthey have been a lot more stingy lately. Double meat is LESS than what we got as regular chicken years ago, and the portionsizes have been getting smaller since, not just for the meat. The guys cooking here know this, you can see that they are tryingtheir best not to do so, but they literally HAVE TO DO IT. I'm spending more money for this stuff lately and I really can't keepdoing this. It's too much money for something so little. Who's idea was this? Read more

Normally they are pretty good but the last 2 times I ordered they messed up my order! Charged me for the yum yum sauce which I... never got both times! And this time I paid for shrimp to be added to my beef bento and there wasn't any! On top of the factthat they don't seem competent enough to answer their phones whenever I tried calling to ask about it... just horribleservice... I would not recommend them to anybody... Read more

So I went here today and I guess because it was 5pm and the mall closes at 6pm that is super lazy time. I placed my order for a... DOUBLE MEAT chicken teriyaki and what I got was barely one portion chicken. I was even so kind to ask them is this double meat.He looked at me and said yeah and asked if I wanted sauce. It is no way that what I got was a double portion. Read more

Food always good and staff are friendly. I just wish on their app that they would allow you to order food without rice as I... don't always eat carbs. Sometimes I just want chicken and veggies. Read more

Hands down my favorite mall food. I'd go here even if wasn't in a mall honestly. It's hibachi style teriyaki chicken, beef, or... shrimp over steamed rice, fried rice, or noodles with a side of steam veggies. Add some siracha (or the chilli paste theyprovide) on the top and it's one of my favorite meals ever. It's always good and you can watch them make it. Def get someteriyaki sauce dirzzled over your rice too! Read more
