Will not return. Can not make an online order correctly. I ordered online which is apparently a mistake. The last 2 times I... ordered and paid for avacado on my sandwich and got home it was not on there. Probably because they are too lazy to get it out.I ordered tonight and when I went to pick it up a asked for a side of avacado because the didn?t put it on there the last 2times. The girl there is extremely rude and said I would have to pay for it. She didn?t care that they can?t make a sandwichright. She needs a lesson in customer service. ??HAILEY does not care about her customers. Terrible manager. Chooses not to communicate due to her laziness. been waiting for... 40 mins and haven?t received any help. No one in the store cares. This online subway app will not work. I?ve tried 4 differentpayments and 3 different phones. Complete waste of time. And they are blaming me. The store does not care. I drove 30 mins toget this food and I?m leaving with nothing. If they cared about their customers they could accommodate for this issue. Thesubway app is through SUBWAY. It is not my phone or my card. Especially for the fact I tried different phones and cards. Willnot be returning. Also be aware of their condiments. Very dirty and unsanitary. Employees also do not wash their hands beforehandling food and wearing gloves. Maybe next time HAILEY will care to give me a call and help make this right. ?? Read more

Just left from here. Walked in to order 4 sandwiches for my family, and upon entry immediately felt unwelcome. Two gentleman?s... (Caucasian), were working and one said to the other, ?he?s got four sandwiches,? to which the other huffed with an attitude.Literally watched them toss the coverings to the toppings around and then toss the toppings on my sandwich. Ordered online and realized I made an error. I called to see if it was possible to remove the item I didn?t want and was told to... cancel in the app. I didn?t see an option to cancel, I didn?t use DoorDash, I used the subway app. My order was placed in readystatus so I went to pick it up since I couldn?t cancel. When I arrived I pressed the im here button for curbside pickup. I notedin the app that I was in a black sedan and I parked directly in front of the store. I watched the curbside person go to everycar but mine so I walked in and was told my order wasn?t ready because they thought I was going to cancel. I never canceled andmy order was placed in ready status but they hadn?t started it. I didn?t know stores had the autonomy to cancel customers ordersand not issue refunds. Read more

This subway is not operating properly. I work next to this subway and it?s convenient for my colleagues and I. Every time I go... in there, the lady is screaming, ? We don?t have any bread!? I?m sick of it! I was in there today trying to get a simple 6 inchham sub for my daughter to take on her band trip, and the lady, like always was screaming ?We don?t have any bread!? Then shebegan making 2 online orders and I asked her to please make my sandwich so that we could leave because NOBODY was in there topick up an ?online? order and I was in there in that moment! She made me wait and it took her a minute to make that simplesandwich and those ?online? orders were still there waiting to be picked up. The best subway in Douglasville by far. Everything just looks fresh and taste good. My only problem I had today when I went to... order a sub the lady was not wearing a mask. If you are talking over food that is in an open area should be mandated to wearmask. This is for all restaurants. So I had to give a 4 star when truest they deserve 5. Please mask up ???? Shaun has alwaysbeen professional and efficient. He is the only person that o know that greets everyone when they walk in. Kudos Shaun this iswhat service should be look like. Read more

This rude dirty employee named Tory got mad because she touched her face and tried to make my food and i asked her to wash her... hands. She gave me attitude and i told her she would not speak to me this way just because i asked her to wash her hands. Shedecided she didn't want to make my food and told me to leave or she would call the cops. I told her i didnt do anything wrongand to call them because they will only ask me to leave. The officer that arrived was nice and referred me to The Bagel Meisternext door. I gave them my business since Tory refused to serve me since she thought she could scream at me and touch her faceand proceed to handle food. She needs a new line of work. Read more
