I always order online here but they cant seem to read special instructions. This is like the 3rd time I have requested under... special instructions for my sandwich to be cut in 3-4 pieces?last time it was cut in half, this time, it?s not even cut. Itsaves everyone time if you read. I have tried contacting the store and support to no avail. So they leave me no choice but totell the world my nuisance. Two stars because they are friendly. Very nice and clean. The young ladies that work there are nice. There is one lady there that is very rude to the girls. Not sure... what her name is, but she shouldn't talk to people like that . She seems to make them do the work and all she does is come outto ring people up. Maybe she is a manager, but if she is, she should know that you never keep employees talking to them andtreating them that way. Read more
This is an average rating for me... sometimes it's fine, other times its not. Like today...I got the same sandwich I always get... but this was the worst I've had. The flatbread was literally falling apart, it was dry, the vegetables kept coming out...justawful. My son (who was there when it was made...I wasn't) said the girl who made it seemed new and like she didn't really knowwhat she was doing. I get it, but quality shouldn't be a customer's sacrifice just because an employee is new. On a good note,whenever I do go there everyone is very nice and professional, which is certainly appreciated. Read more
