Today Oct 31 @7:50 I ordered two grilled pressed sandwiches. Once I got there the sandwiches weren?t pressed, they were also... cold. I requested a refund and she told me she doesn?t know how to do the refund. So now I go home with two cold sandwiches andI don?t get what I ordered. First and last time I order at this subway. Update: When I got home, both sandwiches were poorlymade. It?s a shame how low customer service has gone. Spoke to the Owner and a refund was offered if I brought my sandwichesback. This was offered when I contacted him 4 days later. Safe to say I will not continue to shop at this location. Read more

Horrible customer service from the manager order was completely wrong so dissatisfied... Update the beginning of my review I... did speak about the experience I had, but later the manager sincerely made it right and I'm thankful for that. Just know if youhappen to order for delivery and order wrong call doordash I really was needing lunch for my daughter and the store didn't knowdoor dash policy is they would deliver the correct order right away. My boyfriend ordered the food online for order pickup; for one the food wasn?t even made until he got there plus the food was... not made right! His sandwich had the wrong veggies and no mayo. My sub barely had any meat , a lot of veggies but no mayo nomustard or any other sauce I asked for. The service was horrible and the sandwiches was dry ! Don?t eat here . Read more

Always great food and great service. I usually go here on my lunch breaks. 30 minutes doesn't allow for a lot of time,... especially if you are stuck in traffic. I can count on quick service and friendly staff to get me in and out and back to work toenjoy my lunch! Read more

The man at the counter was wearing his mask with his nouse sticking out of it. Anyone in food service should wear a mask... properly when he is preparing food for the public. There is no point on wearing a mask the wrong way; that would be likewearing a diaper the wrong way. My daughter is home with Covid for the second time. I will not be buying food from anyrestaurant where the employees don't use a mask or doesn't use it properly. Read more

Haven't been to Subway in quite some time. A couple of people kept telling me about the wrap so I went for lunch and finally... tried my sub on a spinach wrap and I absolutely loved it! I doubt I ever eat my sub on bread again. The wrap tasted so lightand refreshing. Definitely my preference going forward. I'd highly recommend you try the wraps as well. Read more

I walked into this store yesterday and there were NO EMPLOYEES. Angry customers who had been waiting almost 30 min were... storming out. Other people still waiting angrily. The phones were ringing off the hook unanswered. The iPads were blowing up.After another 20 minutes a young man entered from the outside back door and acted like nothing was going on. When confronted hesaid, "I got up caught up talking to a friend"!!!!! After another 10 min. a second young man came in through the back. They hadboth been there the whole time (probably getting high out back) and left the store COMPLETELY UNATTENDED for a nearly an hour. They were totally unapologetic. The second guy asked me what I had to ring me up. I answered him and he just walked away andwent out back again without ringing me up. A few minutes later one of their girlfriends walked in, helped herself to a fountaindrink and had a seat. I felt like I was interrupting their party! This was 5:30 p.m Dinner Rush hour. I can't imagine howmany customers you lost and how many orders were unfilled. I then attempted to call customer service....I was on hold for anENTIRE HOUR and no one ever answered. I finally hung up. I then typed a message on your Facebook page and instead of reachingout to me Subway commenting asking me to contact them directly. WOW!!! Nearly two hours of my time was wasted on your businessafter a long work day and very long commute for two sandwiches! I just now called the store and asked for the contactinformation for the franchise owner and was hung up on! I called back and the woman working who just hung up on me refused toanswer the phone and just let it ring off the hook. You have lost a lifelong customer. This is totally unacceptable.
