I went to Dunkin Dover-Foxcroft today, got 3 drinks and a sandwich. The sandwich was made wrong so I took it back. Because... this particular store is suppose to have dine-in, I was going to go inside - it was locked. So, I went to drive through. Second sandwich made, also wrong, so yes I had them redo it, with much attitude from staff. I would also like to say, the girlat the window was handling money, food/drinks, and pushing down the trash NO GLOVES!!!!! PRICES are the highest of the areaDunkins, service is poor, rarely is a receipt offered, and GOD forbid you return something as it isn't what you paid for. Read more

this place is hit or miss. The customer service here is usually not the greatest. Maybe 1 or 2 people actually greet you... correctly at the drive thru, tell you your total or even tell you to have a good day. Usually they have a backed up drive thruline and ive gotten out of line before after waiting 15 to 20 minsm which is unacceptable because they have no inside service.Ive worked at a dunkin before and had to churn out drinks and always have a smile for customers. Im not sure who does the hiringfor this location but they need to fire them and find someone else. Basically, they need to fire most of their staff or actuallytrain them on customer service. Friendly service, but I wish I could get good tasting coffee more consistantly; the taste varies widely from day to day. The... manager is always pleasant and one of their employees named Tammy always goes out of her way to make sure our coffees are madecorrectly, and we truly appreciate that. She and a few others deserve high praise for the customer service at least, which iswhy I still shell out $7 for two drinks twice each weekend, even knowing im coffee-roulette. Read more
This is the last dunkin north. Past this, not a dunkin in site. Need a coffee or food that only dunkin can deliver? Here it is.... Easy drive thru, easy parking, including handicapped accessible access, and very nice staff!! 5 star stop! Read more
