Friendly workers, very personable. They just need to be taught how to actually build those sandwiches properly. All my meat was... shoved into the fold of the bread so I had to shove the entirety of the sandwich into my mouth to get a taste of meat andcondiments and veg. The meat shouldve been placed on the bottom part lf the bread and all topping and condiments added to thetop of that. Other than that it was made how i asked and they were very polite. On our recent online order we had ordered a subway club with all the veggies and mayo. We get home (we live 20-25 minutes from.... Town) to discover we had received a turkey sandwich with no mayo and missing some of the veggies) I called and asked for aremake at a later date or a refund and received neither. I understand mistakes happen but when they do you make it right andthey refused to do that. I will not be giving them any of my business in the future and I strongly recommend you don't either. 2nd time ordering online and getting the wrong sandwich. The first time bell peppers were put on my sandwich and I took it back... and it was remade with bell peppers again I took it home and too the bell peppers off.. this time I ordered a rotisserie chickenand got the other chicken I wanted Italian bread and got Italian herbs and cheese I will never order from the app or onlineagain seems like people can't read what the customer wants.. so I fed all the chicken to my dogs thanks for the veggie subsubway.. ???????????? My husband and I stopped in this evening for a salad and a wrap. The young lady that helped us (Taylor) was fast, friendly,... efficient and competent. That hasn't always been the case with previous experiences at the Dover Subway. I was impressed enoughto come here and leave a five star review. You guys need more people like that on your crew! The 2 male workers tonight were high as kites. My sandwich had part of 1 slice of roast beef on a 6? there was so much mustard I... had to scrape off my toppings to attempt to make the sandwich edible. It was too late by the time I got home to go back and haveit fixed. I will not be eating here again. Read more
