Placed an order and waited for the first dasher to get there and be told that the food was sent out, fine accidents happen, wait... almost two hours still no food on the way being delivered. I called the restaurant and informed them that they in fact didn?tsend out my food yet, mean while I get messages from three other dashers telling me the same thing as the first one. When Ispoke with the manager she said the cashier sent it out with a pick up order, then try to correct herself by saying with anotherdasher. All she was able to offer was a refund, like what two hours and that?s all, and then think they didn?t mess up a thing. Poor management upon making sure orders go out to who they are supposed to. We were seated about 12:45. Got our food about an hour later. At 2:15 we still had people missing food. The French toast... pictured was the second received because the first was so extremely burnt and just covered up with the other toast and coveredwith strawberries. We were from out of town visiting family. What a mistake visiting this location. Read more
We were told it would be a 35 minute wait. After an hour, we were next to be seated. 30 minutes later we still hadn?t been... seated. We were told numerous times that they were waiting for the kitchen to catch up. I watched as the receptionist told apatron it would be a 20 minute wait. I then overheard the receptionist tell a patron that the manager said no one could beseated for 10 minutes. I informed the manager that we brought my 88 yr old mother in law from Maryland and we were leaving. Themanager came out and said would you like a booth or table, I told her we were leaving, and left. Read more
There was only three other tables in use and yet my family and I waited an hour and half, then we?re served food that was either... sitting out for too long or extremely rushed. The staff was pleasant, but there certainly weren?t enough workers to function andthis location?this has been a reoccurring issue. Read more
We came here for breakfast, waited 20 minutes to even get our drinks. We had a party of 7 which is understandably a larger size... however it took over an hour to get our food which was cold. We got 2 meals compensated however that wasn?t even worth the poorexperience we had. It added salt to the wound when the party of 6 that sat next to us afterwards got their food before us. Allthe food didn?t come out at the same time either, 2 of the meals came out 10 minutes after the others. How does French toasttake 90 minutes to cook? Worst service I?ve ever experienced. Read more
Service was good. Portions were small. The desert my friend ordered was suppose to be cherry pie. Whatever it was looked as if... it had been frozen and re-thawed way past the point of human consumption. Read more
Best chicken noodle soup ever. Rich with tons of noodles. Served hot but not burning your mouth. Fabulous banana nut bread. ... Served warm and slathered it with butter. Best turkey and dressing dinner i have found in a restaurant. Everywhere in the usshould have a bob evans. Very fast service. Friendly waitress. Read more
It was only two of us at 2pm. We went and got seated. One waitress gave us menus and took our drink order, another brought us... the drinks, and a third (a girl sweeping the floor) took our order. We waited an hour and nobody told us any reasons why it wastaking so long or anything. There was also like ten other tables around us waiting for food. We left. We won't be going back. Read more
