I ordered Subs for myself and my husband online. They were disgusting! I have ordered from here many times before! This is the... first time that I have ever had this experience with them! There was hardly any meat on the sandwiches and they are very smallnow. The taste was totally off. It was one of the worst sandwiches I have ever had. I will not be buying anything from themagain! I've never had such an impressively bland cheesesteak. It's actually impressive how flavorless they made this sub. I'm pretty... sure they just didn't use salt or pepper, it might not have even had cheese if we're being honest. I sure couldn't taste anycheese. The steak had this weird flavor like they added Old Bay or something to it. I had to cover it in ketchup just to stomachthe flavorless mess, and after eating half the sub I decided it wasn't worth the effort or calories and just threw it away. Read more

We stopped here and got the best large cheese steak and service. I have tried the one in Smyrna many of times. I will not go... back there. We will be driving to RT8 from now on. Delicious! You guys rock! Read more

Ok.... so, it's been an on again, off again relationship with Capriotti's. But I've been there twice recently, and they've... gotten the orders right, had pleasant staff and gotten excellent subs. My g/f loves the Bobbie (seriously fresh turkey) and theclassic Italian can't be beat. If you've had problems in the past, as I did, check them out again. Looks like they're back ontrack and serving some of the best sandwiches around. Read more

I ordered two tuna sandwiches small because they ran out of large and medium rolls and when I got home I had turkey instead. I... called back to the store and made them aware of the discrepancy in the order and they told me that I said turkey (I don?t eatturkey not even on Thanksgiving). I know that I clearly asked for tuna. I asked if I could bring the sandwiches back in and getthe correct sandwiches made and I was told that I would have to pay another $22 in order to get the correct sandwiches. I amuncertain of how Capriotti?s business normally runs but there is no way in the world that my food can be made wrong, and I tellyou guys that my food was made wrong and I?m told that I have to purchase the entire order over again. I am highly upset. Thisis unacceptable! Read more

I placed a phone order for pick up for a last minute event. The order consisted of variety of sandwiches totaling 10 sandwiches... to be exact. I made sure I expressed NO MAYO on any of the sandwiches because of food allergies. The lady that took the orderwas annoyed at such a large order to begin with and when I received the sandwiches all but 2 sandwiches had mayo. I place ancall to speak to a manager and no one has called me back. Very annoyed at the customer service and that fact that my guestcould have gotten very sick if the sandwiches weren't checked. I ordered from here many times, usually good. But the past 3 times my order has been wrong. This time ordered an Italian l, got... home and there was little to no meat on the sub. The turkey sub I ordered for my son had mayo on it which we did not ask for andhe will not eat. Called and was told they could not remake the sandwiches because they were out of rolls... then was told Icould turn the subs in for a refund the next day because they were leaving. I will not be coming back. Read more

I had a coupon for a buy one get one small sub on the mobile app, so I ordered 2 small bobbies and a brookie. They came out... great. I called and ordered over the phone and they said 15 mins, I got there in 10 mins and they were done. The subs tastedgreat, the only thing that got on my nerves was that there were a few small bones in the sub. Overall it was delicious and I'llbe back. Read more
