If I could give them zero stars I would. I stood there for fifteen minutes while managers sat there talking ignoring myself... along with three other guests. There were multiple people that walked passed me without even a greeting! That entire shiftshould be terminated especially the managers! I'm sorry but you are in the customer service and food industry. If you cannoteven greet your guests because your side conversations are much more appealing than you most definitely are in the wrongbusiness. They are the worst! I came in on Saturday and ordered a milkshake chocolate and they didn?t put ANY chocolate and it was a hair... in the milkshake! The manager Ron and the heavy set fat one Marissa were so rude and gave me a hard time and my refund is stillnot showing up. Do not eat here! I called cares number but Mary has yet to respond.
