The dirtiest, run down noisy Chipotle I have ever been too. The food was ok at best. Sad to see this brand going down the tube.

Tried to use a brand new gift card. No one knew how to use it and told me it wasn?t working. Made zero attempts to help me.... Spent 20 minutes driving there to use this gift card, 40 min round trip was wasted due to incompetency. Checked balance on giftcard and it has a positive balance of $20. ???? Read more

I am SO angry. I'm pregnant and I've been craving chipotle for days just to have this experience. My husband and I walked in at... about 12 today (Oct 2, 2022) and stood in line waiting for my order. We finally came up in line and as I was starting to order,there were 3 online orders ahead of the man in front of me and they made him wait until they took their sweet time finishingthose. They did my order and stopped halfway through to do some other order, then they jumped my place in line to before the manin front of me and made us both wait for another online order. They completed my order, made the man who was in front of me keepwaiting to complete his food, and all this time they have not begun to make my husband's food. They asked if I was ready to pay,and I said my husband still hasn't been served. They made me stand at the register for an additional 10 -15 minutes while myfood is getting cold making online order after online order and still not starting my husband's food. I watched them fumble overa set of tacos for longer than it takes to serve 3 people. There had formed a line almost out the door at this point, and wewere prepared to walk out and leave my lunch on the counter. This is bad management, none of the employees are well trainedenough to properly roll a burrito and not spill taco mess everywhere, let alone to handle a high volume of customers during thelunch rush. The protocol for handling online orders while there is a line is that you do ONE online order between each set ofcustomers to keep the line moving. 1 properly train your employees, 2 hire better management, 3 know the proper protocols forrunning your business. I've worked in fast food, and my customers in the store were ALWAYS prioritized over mobile orders. Read more

Last night I went to chipotle in Dover 9/30 around 7pm & the customer service was so efficient ! Whoever was working the shift... that night has a great team.. they were so busy and packed but everyone was being productive while still talking, laughingamongst their team members. They were handling their jobs & customers. Great job to the employees and manager on that shift! Ilove to see an efficient and productive team. Read more

Pros - Good size portions - Decent price for most dishes - Really great flavors and tons of customizable options - Friendly... staff most times and cozy storefront if you wanted to eat at the place Cons - with great customization comes great chance ofhuman error with your orders... - seriously check your orders before you leave... - if you did get an error in your order youhave to go online and go through a process with their virtual assistant "Pepper" and go from there because you cannot call thestore and it's just a lot of frustrating steps for easily fixable things depending on the error made for your order. - drinksare super expensive. Mexican cola $4 dollars and it's the super thin glass bottles. - also drinks and various items are oftennot always available with no notice sometimes if you order online or door dash it. All in all it's a preference thing and youwon't be let down if you do eat here as long as you know the risks and want the delicious kind of food they provide. Read more

Chipotle has changed at this location. Always running out of food. Closing early. Only allowing steak to be ordered online. Its... just a bit aggravating. Today I got overcooked mushy rice and runny sour cream. I am only dealing with Camden. Lately his newemployees are rude. I really have a bad pet peeve the way I like my bowl made. So screwing up my bowl at my HOMETOWN Chipotle.Where I spend a great deal of money since opening on me my family and friends. Really upsets me. I am also a frequent customer.Lately it has been fail after fail. Recently I had an employee actually argue with me while an assistant male manager laughed onthe sideline. Not only did she overdue the sourcream. She doused my bowl with extra cream and lots of cheese. I didn't want mybowl remade because it was a good amount of meat. If you love chipotle you know that's like hitting the lottery lol. Extrameat!! But for the price of a regular steak bowl. Why can't it be done right the first time? The longtime employees know me welland never fail to amaze its the new hire people. The manager did comp the meal but it was not eaten. Please do better. Read more

Worst customer service ever!! First, ordered a bowl with white rice, brown rice chicken and cheese for my fiancé. I ordered a... bowl with extra white rice and some toppings. Our bowls were $9.10 each. He goes in to grab our bowls. I check them to make sureour order is right (as we have left many times with toppings we did not order). His bowl comes out with barely anything on it(as shown in image 1). I go back inside 2 minutes later with my receipt and his bowl. I told the lady (very nicely as I am notone for confrontation) that there is not a lot of rice and since I paid $9 I would like more. The lady I was not talking torolled her eyes and tells the lady I am speaking to that she needs to give me a side of rice (as shown in picture 2). I told herI got half and Half brown and white so I would like brown too. The lady (that I was not speaking to again) said she did not seethe problem with my bowl and tries to charge me as ?double rice is more?. However, as I stated above, both of our bowls were$9.10 and I got extra rice which did not cost. All I?m saying is I know if it was their bowl that costs over $9 they would wantit full. Read more

Ordered chipotle online for pick-up with extra guacamole on side and the regular guacamole spread (I love guacamole). Turns out,... they used stale avocado for my guac. I didn?t check before leaving the store because I order chipotle all the time but this wasso wrong. Never ordering again from this particular location. Trashed the whole damn food. Read more
