Wonderful place for kiddos to have fun in a controlled environment. They used to be more strict with families getting stamped in... with their kids as they walks in so there were no problems but the last time I went they didn't even stamp us. Also the customerservice is great, just not a lot of staff for all of the areas (check in, food, and gift redemption areas). Prices are good forwhat the kids can do! No stars if possible. The young ladies working at this Chuck E. Cheese didn't care about ANYTHING! NO ONE greeted customers... when they walked in. The ladies kept their heads down and never acknowledged anyone. One of the women had their kid there whilethey worked and wasn't paying attention to him. He was slurping his drink that he spilled off of the seat of the ride he was on.Poor kid. This was our first time visiting and most definitely our last. It was a horrible experience for the kids. It?s tough to give this place a hard rating cause I came here with my kids at 11am the day after 4th of July. So you have to... imagine, they?re not expecting big business. I just want to point out that there was a young blonde woman who quite literallydid everything. She was clearly training the register girl, preparing food, cleaning, working the ticket counter, etc. Ourexperience wasn?t that great to be honest. We ordered food, and it was half wrong, and one item didn?t even come. However, theyoung blonde woman said she?d take care of it, and she did. Took longer than we?d of liked, but she was literally doing EVERYjob there. We bought that Summer pass, and cause there weren?t enough ppl to staff this location, we?ll probably never do itagain. I get that overhead can kill a business, but lack of customer service kills it faster. Gotta say, we came back for the2nd time after buying the summer pass and I think I spoke too soon. The place was super clean, there was only one employeeagain, but that girl with braces was no joke. She didn?t play around, and was one of those ppl that if you treated her withrespect, she bent over backwards to help you. The girl was literally running around fielding everything. Super impressive. Mykids had a blast again. These kids they have working there obviously don?t have a Chuck E Cheese career in mind, but they allseem to have a really good work ethic. Read more

They went above... and beyond to make sure my son had everything he needed to make his night a great experience.
