Customer service has been plummeting down the tubes lately. The dessert I got was delicious, but the attitude to get it was... daunting. Cold stone used to be lively with a jolly welcome when you walked in and they would be singing a little jingle whenthey received tips. It encouraged customers to tip. Now, there is so much attitude and disgust in doing the job. The customershould not have to muddle through this misconduct when they are paying for quality. No one greets you, and they are nearlywhispering behind all those cooler fans. So when you ask to repeat, they come back with an attitude. Don?t ask for an additionaltopping. It?s ruined the employee?s world. They roll their eyes and suck their tongue. Then you don?t know if they?ve heard youbc they don?t address what you?ve said. It?s RUDE! They?d rather sit in the back doing nothing and get paid. COVID did a numberon young people?s academia and math skills. My total was $18.47. I give the girl a $20 bill with 47 cents. She basically arguesthat she only needs the $20. I had to kindly explain, that I didn?t want change, hence I was giving it to her. She gives me back$3, despite the register displaying $2 ???????!!Get her off the register, immediately! If you don?t want to work, leave! I ordered online and my order said it should be done 8:10 I arrived 8:05 so I was a little early. I called to let them know I?m... here and I couldn?t come inside because I had my son with me (curbside pickup) the lady was in shock that I was there she saidoh okay I?ll go make it now it only takes two seconds. She literally took two seconds I got the apple pie one and I had wholeapple slices the cup was sticky with ice cream and the lid wasn?t even on so when I got in the car the bag had some ice cream. Ipaid extra for whipped cream and I didn?t get that I guess because she wanted to get it done in two seconds, also there wasn?t aspoon so I had to turn around and run in the store again for a spoon. I worked there for 3 days and the owner mahammed yelled at me (in front of costumers) and snatched a... blender out of my hand. asked me how old I and said I was stupid and didn't know how to sweep right at 18 (I didn't sweep to hisliking) it was so bad the customer apologized to me. I went and hid in the bathroom untill mahammed left the front counter. I'vecalled "corporate" and all they did was "go talk to him" something needs to be done bc he does not need to be owner of anything.it's pathetic that i had to leave after 3 days bc of the way he treated me. The ice cream tasted ok but the waffle cones weren?t sized to the cups they were meant for. They barely held any ice cream. I... ended up dumping everything into another bowl.
