I placed an order at 7:10, the estimate arrival was at 7:45, two hours later my food does not come. I call dominoes various... times, the first they said that they were really busy so it would be an hour. An hour later I call, and was told the drivercalled my phone stating he was here, I did not receive any phone call and about 15 min later he calls and says how I did notanswer. I had a horrible experience I ordered 2 pizzas...went to pick them up just to get the delivery fee...they couldn't find my pizza... then..when I got home they gave me the wrong pizza. I called they told me, I had to come and pick it up or they can deliver itbut they have to charge me a 4.99 delivery fee, even spoke with management, I was told that is the only way the drivers get paidand they can't waive the fee... Eventually they credited one of the pizzas back to my card .I won't be going there again. Read more
i ordered online and gave my address. i am at the kent budget and i watched the driver from my door, not make the turn to come... over here. instead they continue driving in the plaza headed back to dominoes. they refused to deliver the pizza. itold them icould just pick it up. matthew prepared the pizza and the delivery driver refused to come. i watched the driver drive by. i evenwaved at the driver trying to draw there attention. my order number is 589. and on top of that i just called there giving themthis address trying to make a pick up order with the same address. and i told them the kent budget motel with the room number. iwill see u guy's tomorrow when u are open to make a complaint. We ordered 40 minutes before they closed, even tho it said online they were open until 1am (we ordered at 10:20pm), it took well... over an hour for our food to get here. When we called the store to check on our order no one answered and it would go straightto a automated voicemail. When the pizza finally got here it was starting to get cold. The worst dominos ever. Pizza arrived over an hour late. The app claimed that Samira was ?quality checking? my order, can Samira... see?! The pizza was extremely greasy, sloppy and not cooked through. I will never ever order from them again. I?ve alreadyemailed corporate about that mess. With what they sent out, I can tell that nasty careless people work there. How could you sendthat out and think that a customer would enjoy that?! I threw everything away. Read more
DONT PUT YOUR FAITH INTO THEM GETTING YOU WARM AND GOOD FOOD. I?d give it 0 stars if i could. I?ve ordered twice in the past... week each order taking over an hour when they gave me an estimated arrival time of 20-30 minutes. I called to speak to themanager and it was a hassle, she put me on hold 3 times then hung up on me. I called back and the girl who answered wascompletely disrespectful and had a terrible attitude and was talking about me to the manager while I could hear her.
