If you want good service go through the drive thru or order ahead on the app. If you go in to order they will ignore... you...BECAUSE...Sweeping the floor is more important than helping the customer apparently. Have a great day everyone. Read more

Always exceptional service at this location! My home is closer to the Camden and Rt. 13 Dover location but I go out of my way to... go to this location because their drive-thru service is so fast and efficient! My order is ready at the window before I driveup! There were about 10 cars in front of me when I drove up and it took maybe 5 minutes for them to all get through the linebefore they got to me, not long at all. The employees are always nice and helpful when I have questions. Best drive-thruexperiences I have ever had! Read more

I am very upset afte my encounter at the Route 8 Dunkin Donuts. My husband stopped there to get us coffee and I met him at his... Dr. Appt. When I opened my bagel there was hair in it. I went back to the dd store and informed the associate and I thought heasked if I wanted to teplace it, but apparently he said do I want refu d. I said yes thinking he asked if I wanted to replaceit. I got bothered because he asked if I knew hiw my husband oaid for it. I said I didn't know and he asked me to call and findout. Well my husband was at the dr., so I called corporate instead. At the end of the day he called ma a liar and said I toldhim I wanted a refund and vot really disrespectful. I told him if he were my son I would have slapped him across the face forcalling a customer a liar. I am a black female and he was the only black person working there, and I am probably 3 times his ageand expected a bit more respect. When he realized I wanted to replace the bagel all he had to do was acknowledge amisunderstanding...problem solved. Instead, he chose to call me a liar and repeat it to yhe other staff members. I make apurchase literally dailu from that location but that ends today unfortunately. Teach staff tradition......the customer isalways right. If you want to vent about a customer, do ot after they leave and not in feont of other customers. Such adisappointing and humiliating experience. Read more

Not the best Dunkin around . Besides the wait time, they usually mess up the order . And even when you place a order using the... app to just get there n see the drive thru is close n its a waiting game once you park & go inside . Read more

Meh. We stopped for a couple drinks, breakfast sandwiches and some donuts for the next day.. (a good excuse to get rid of the... gift cards) They somehow managed to mess up one of their best (and has to be easiest) menu item - hash rounds. They were lukewarm and soggy. The drinks and donuts were ok. Sandwiches were a little better than the hash rounds.The store was clean for themost part. We felt like a burden tho - rushed thru the order process and no choice but to listen to employees bad mouth drivethru customers for showing to up pay their wages. Read more

Two not so great experiences in row. Not sure if I'll choose this Dunkin location next time. Yesterday, my steak and cheese roll... up was nowhere to be found 15 minutes after I ordered it to go. And then today, they skipped the whipped cream on my frozencoffee along with my bag of food being wide open for it to get cold and exposed. Either alone are no big deal, but together andtwo days in a row just seems a bit much. Read more

I used the Dunkin Donuts app to order to-go ahead and picked up in the drive thru which made my experience convenient and quick.... The cold brew coffee was great but I'll skip the Wake Up Wrap next time because it was not hot or that tasty. Read more
