What a joke everything was wrong and the donuts were stale
I had such a wonderful experience that I had to share it. I ordered some bagels, donuts, box of joe & box of hot chocolate for... my coworkers for next morning pick up. The window staff was so friendly & courteous when ordering; and at the morning of pickup, the girl (who's name I unfortunately didn't catch) was so genuinely nice. She offered to help me carry my order to myvehicle & it was just such a nice gesture. Great customer service, going that extra mile. Not to mentioned Dunkin Donutsreally 'hooked us up' on cream cheese, extra sugars, etc--I was pleasantly surprised when my coworkers opened the bags ofbagels.... It always great when I go there. Staff very friendly an 99% of the time my drink comes out awesome
I asked for a TOASTED BAGEL I got a heated bagel with the butter slapped on there slightly melted. The bagel tasted like it sat... out IT WAS HARD NOT TOASTED(days old) ugh!!The jelly packs were dirty and nasty on the outside. Looked like dried upketchup..Dont know if they didn't wanna be there today or what but don't take it out on the customers. They still deserve gooddescent service...... I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR REAL. I wish I could give 0 stars hands down the worst Dunkin' donuts location in the entire world. Save yourself a lot of hassle go... somewhere else there are 5 other locations within 5 miles. Read more

Another terrible service here. I'm not sure what it is with the impatience with the people at Dunkin' Donuts these days. I can... understand it's hard to serve someone that doesnt know exactly what they want. But it should be a opportunity to explainavailable options for the customer, an opportunity to make them a reoccurring customer. Instead they blow you off like you'rebothering them. How dare me ask questions or not know which doughnut I want for the kids. Just a horrible experience. Then thegirl in the photo here started talking to the guy behind me Instead of completing my order. She even scoffed when I asked her tochange one of the doughnuts she added without me asking for it. I give them 2 stars and not 1 because I didnt just walk away.She provided a service (although a horrifying one) and the kids wanted the doughnuts. I suggest training staff on basic customerservice should help. But I guess they dont care. We'll see in a month when I revisit. I will be heading somewhere else for thecoffee. Read more
