I had to share how amazing the flowers were that my husband ordered with my edible arrangement for my birthday. They were... delivered in a box that is designed to keep them safe and they were perfect when they arrived. I put a small amount of water inthe vase they came with while I was at work then took them home. We had a trip to the Poconos the next day and I didn't want toleave them so I emptied the vase and repacked them in the box. We arrived after a 4 hour drive and they survived the trip withno issue. I was able to have them at our rental for the 3 days we were there and they still looked fresh. When it was time to gohome, I packed them in the box again and after the 3 hour drive home they still looked great. I refilled the vase, cut the stemsagain and set them on the counter. It has been 2 weeks, I change the water every few days and they are still gorgeous andhealthy. The box they came in and the quality of the flowers has truly made a difference in me being able to cart them aroundand keep them alive. Thank you for such a wonderful job!! Read more

Very disappointing experience this time from Edible arrangements. I always purchase from you all for holidays and birthdays but... this time the surprise for my husband?s Father?s Day gift was ruined. Employee called the day before Father?s Day notifying myhusband there is a delivery for him. Only one attempt was made to reach me (the purchasing customer) about an issue withdelivery. I?m very upset they did not atleast wait until the day of Father?s Day to notify my husband that I made this purchasefor him. I made sure to include in my purchase that it was for Father?s Day. What was the most upsetting is that when I calledto get an understanding about what happened, the employee was rude, cut me off multiple times, and made excuses for her actions.No apologies were given, and I was told they are too busy to wait until Father?s to make the phone call. I paid for a serviceand if you?re too busy to complete such service professionally, please make me aware before taking my money. I asked for amanager and she refused to let me speak to one. Came to pick up my order for Valentines Day... the order was supposed to be ready at 1000hrs, it?s now 1138hrs and it?s still... not ready... I will update the review as soon as I get more info. Update* my order was complete at 1157hrs. Things look good. Iwill repost when I get home and open it up. Update 2* the fruit was in great condition and very tasty. Recommendation: Thislocation should look at their staffing numbers and capability better for such a busy day like Valentines Day. There was severalpeople that were told their order wasn?t ready. Most orders were 1-2 hours late. Read more
