Everything was over cooked and had 0 flavor. Enchiladas are a mushy unseasoned mess, pozole had to have been cooked for 6 days... and 7 nights, the sopa had less flavor than their stale chips, and the rice turns to mush the second you put it in your mouth.40 dollars straight to the garbage. My first time here. I had the seafood enchilada with the corn pudding. Both were OUTSTANDING. Just so you know that I mean... what I say, their red salsa was terrible (watery & lacking flavor), though the salsa verde was quite good. I'll give them apass on the red salsa, because the rest of the meal was some of the BEST Mexican food I've ever had (and I've lived inCalifornia & Texas). Read more
Two stars because the service was very good. We ordered a Carnitas Fajita and two Carnitas Tacos. The carnitas was dry, greasy,... salty and over cooked. We got a side order of guacamole; two tablespoons for $2.00. The atmosphere was an uncomfortably loudbar. The business model appears to be to allow the patrons to become as intoxicated and as loud as they choose. Apparently wewere the only people in Dover to know this because we were the only guests in the Dining Room. The experience on Bay Road is topnotch and that is where we will go next time. Read more
Tiffany was our server and she was amazing ! she was extremely friendly and very welcoming. The food is delicious and the... alcoholic beverages are nice and strong! This new location is top notch! We ordered the pineapple fajitas and a chicken taco salad. And house margaritas of course! ... Our kiddo enjoyed chocolate cake and French fries because we were treating ourselves! Love the way the place was repainted anddecorated - it looks amazing!!!!!!!! Read more
So glad La Hacienda has finally opened in downtown Dover! We?ve been waiting for it for several months. Had dinner tonight and... it didn?t disappoint! The service was excellent and all the staff were welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent and theportions were large. We each had enough leftover for a meal or two. My husband had the chicken fajitas with the side salad andit was delicious. I had the beef chimichanga and it was delicious as well. The chips and queso were perfect as was the salsa.All in all it was a home run! Welcome to the neighborhood! We look forward to many satisfying meals ahead! Read more
