Today I saw an add of turkey and chicken bowls for 5.00. I thought wow, that's a good deal, so I called and placed my order for... 2 chicken bowls.i went in and picked up my order from Jeremy, he was friendly and personal, when we got home we opened ourcarryout boxes and it looked delicious. We are saying to each other how good it was, but I think what topped it all off was thegreat roll that sat on top. I?ve enjoyed Luigi?s pizza few times now, and each time it is a hit, the calzones are massive, perfect for sharing, and the... pizza is to die for. My kids love it too! My daughter asks once a week to get pizza from ?The Nintendo Pizza Store? and that?sfine by me because with the specials I CAN AFFORD IT! Took a long time for boneless wings and fried mushrooms, both overcooked like rocks with way too much batter also. Didn?t finish... them. Had to crack open the mushrooms like walnuts to get at them We ordered chicken parm dinner and a meatball parm hero to goand waited even longer. The chicken had more breading batter than chicken and was swimming in oil. The meatball hero had aboutseven perfectly rounded Swedish like meatballs that tasted just like they came from Sam?s or similar. It was wrapped in waxpaper and deli paper so when opened up ten minutes later? All the cheese was stuck to the paper. Place was dirty. Wife said thebathroom was filthy. The young guy went in and out of the register and right back to handling food after the money. I will saythe gentleman that seemed to be the owner was pleasant and maybe to busy to watch everything. At over $50 the wait, the fooddefinitely, and dirty environment won?t be bringing us back anytime soon. We just moved here from out of state and I?m bettingthe business response will be to go back where we came from. Call for a delivery and was told they only do delivery orders on line was going to call a different place but glad I didn?t. The... on line order was easy, they text you about delivery times, delivery was fast and the pizza was hot. Now to the pizza, I am bornand raised in N Y C, retired to Delaware and had trouble finding good pizza until now, the pizza is very good, good crust, hadthe veggies very good selection of vegetables, good experience all around. This is the first time that my husband and I have ordered from this establishment and it might just be the last, I'm one for... good customer service and strongly believe everyone should be treated with respect just called in and placed a order and thegentleman who answered the phone was very rude and has terrible customers service skills which to me says a lot about yourbusiness being a clerk for the postal service ive dealt with all types of people and still maintained a level of professionalismwhich he did not I will update my review once the food arrives hoping that somewhat makes up for the unneeded attitude. Ok update the food arrived very quickly which is a plus, in addition the deliverygirl was very friendly the food was ok wasn't bad so instead of a 1 star as rated earlier I'll give it a 3 just because of howfast it came and her demeanor but the person who takes the orders should be more mindful of he communicates with the customers.And yes I'm certain I have the right place I would upload a copy of my receipt but I'm unable to it's the order placed for Plumdrive earlier this afternoon. When the pizza is good it's SO GOOD. The alfredo can be amazing, we've had it a couple times where it tastes like nothing... though. The nachos are the single most disappointing thing I've ever eaten, absolutely disgusting honestly. The fries are hit ormiss. For the price and attitude, I wish it was more consistent.
