I went thru the drive thru. normally, when I order a Vanilla shake and they hand it me, I will shake from side to side to see if... it is a runny shake. I like thick shakes. Bought 2 egg McMuffins $8.38 at drive through to find out the rolls were hard as a rock and burnt. I called and the person who... answered wanted me to drive back 5 miles to bring the 2 McMuffins back when she should of just refunded me for theinconvenience. Read more

We were on our way back to PA and needed to grab some breakfast. So we stopped in,it was so clean! Everything was well stocked,... the employees were very nice,food came out quickly( I wasn't even finished filling my lg cup of unsweetened tea,and it was beingdelivered to our table) would definitely visit this McDonalds again. The new lighter Dr. Pepper, they wouldn?t replace the drink at the window even though you could see that the syrup needed to be... replaced. Tasted as bad as it looks. Food was hot. Read more
This is my first time staying overnight in Dover and I'm exploring the area. This McDonald's is very nice inside. I think it... just underwent a remodel. It almost looks like somebody's living room. All the employees were very nice as well. Read more
I only gave it 2 stars because the meal came in a timely manner. I dined in. 2pm on a Sunday. The ketchup cup dispenser was... empty, the ketchup was empty, I advised the staff at the register... they gave me ketchup packets. Ice for fountain soda wasvery slow. One straw container empty, one napkin container empty. I was there for about 30 minutes eating my meal. They took outthe trash and swept and mopped, but never restocked the condiment/drink station. I never used the bathroom so I couldn't ratethat. But food was warm and ready to eat. Nuff sed. Read more
