We got seated fast. Our server was ok. Had to keep asking for refill and breadsticks. I wish I could say that it was because... they were busy but sadly it's just because she was slow and not paying attention. Had lunch today. The food was fair. Soup and salad were good as usual. The shrimp scampi was ok. Wouldn't order it again. Our... waitress had little personality. Plopped plates and silverware on the table. I had ordered a soup to go and never got it. We hada hard time with the tableside checkout device that the waitress never mentioned. She finally came over, tried to get it towork and seemed put out that she had to go to the cash register to complete the transaction. She may have been having a toughday, but didn't need to take it out on us. Hopefully the lack of tip sent her a message. Won't be back anytime soon. Read more

We visited Olive Garden Approximately at 9:22pm On Thursday September 1 & it was not the best experience until Mr.Dustin Van... Dyke took over and did all the steps of service to leave a great customer experience. Although my server claimed to not havelemon, Mr.Dustin supplied lemon. Although my server forgot to add shrimp to my Alfredo after telling her twice, Mr.Dustinsupplied shrimp. Thank you for your service but I will not be returning. Read more
Service is inconsistent. About 2 weeks ago the server was great. Today we were seated and totally ignored. After 20 minutes of... absolutely no server we decided to leave. I’ve been a regular at many Olive Garden restaurants for 40 years plus and this wasthe only time I have left because of poor service. Read more

Food was good, as is what to expect with Olive Garden. In my opinion they have the best calamari appetizer. The service was good... as well. Theyexterior of the building is a little forgotten, and the landscaping needs some attention. Seeing it from Dupont Hwyit looks a little rough, but the interior is well kept. Read more
We just got home from here. We were seated at table 25. This could very well be the last time we go here at least for the... foreseeable future. This has happened the last two times we’ve been concerning our appetizer. We told our first waitress yesour first because for whatever reason she left after taking our appetizer order and went to another table. Anyway, we ask her toensure we get the appetizer first because last time they brought it with our meal all at one time. She said no problem andI’ll put it in now and she used the electronic menu. So while waiting for that another waitress comes over and says she istaking over. We ask her about the appetizer sense the other one took the order. She said yes it’s being cooked now and willfor sure come out before our meal. She then brought us plastic ware that comes in the pack with one small napkin. She said thedon’t have any flat ware for some reason, she couldn’t tell us why. Never got bread sticks until we ask for it after ourmeal had already come. Never refilled our water and had to ask for another napkin. Our appetizer didn’t come before our mealso we told her to cancel that please. Don’t know about you but we didn’t ask for takeout so there is no excuse for nothaving flat ware. Waitress said the manager should be walking around if we wanted to ask them why we got plastic.
