About 3 weeks ago my family and I ordered from here. We had it delivered after ordering about 100.00 or more in food then... giving a 20.00 tip. Only to open bags and order was all wrong. Not to mention the items that were missing. I sat on hold over30 mins. Waiting for a manager to come to the phone. Finally she came to the phone. After reviewing my order. She promised tosend out gift certificates to make up for it. Which she never did. After taking all my information. Nor was I refunded for mymissing items. I must say this was a horrible experience. Had a great steak dinner with an awesome chopped blue cheese salad. Also had some delicious mushrooms. Service was great.
My boy Ben just started working here and he has the greatest service I?ve ever had hands down. I love that he is customer... friendly and loves to interact with his customers. Need more waiters like him to make restaurants better . He?s a great personwith a great personality ! Read more
We went to Longhorn 1st and left because of slow service. I remembered that Outback was right down the road from them and wished... we would have gone there in the 1st place. We were greeted by the most friendliest hosts and as we were escorted to our table, Icouldn't help but notice how clean the restaurant was kept. Our server greeted us with a smile, great enthusiasm and checked onus frequently. Drinks form the bar were on point. The Blooming Shrimp appetizer was delivered in record timing which was to diefor. The entrees came out just as we finished our shrimp. I ordered the porterhouse which unfortunately was over cooked. Iaddressed the issue with my server and assured me she would send a manager over to take care of it, and Boy she was not wrong.The friendly manager by the name of Marco let me explain my discrepancy and offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience. Heoffered to re cook my order right and went as far as to offer me a salad or soup while I waited. I declined because I was savingroom for my steak. Marco then offered me a free dessert at the end of the meal which I gladly accepted to take home. I washighly thrilled by the way the issue was quickly resolved and how efficiently thre establishment was run because most corporaterestaurants are quick to make excuses and charge me double for their mistakes. My dinner night was pretty good. I had potato soup and Cobb salad. Soup was fantastic. Salad was good but could have had... spinach, or Kale added to it. Alexis H. was very attentive waitress. She asked several times if we needed anything else. Read more

Outback is our family?s favorite restaurant. Not only was I apart of the construction of the building (glazing contractor) but... my family has been loyal customers since it opened. Almost every birthday and special occasions are spent there. While everyserver has been fantastic, today we had a very special one. Richie was our server today and he was especially fantastic.Attentive to all our needs and to everyone else around us. Quick wit, clever, and gentle. We didn?t feel rushe at all andenjoyed our time.
