I have ordered from this Panera before and I haven?t had an issue with my order or food until today. When I received my order to... my home, I realized that I did not have the smoothie nor the sandwich that I ordered on my doorstep. I thought that it was kindof bizarre that two main components of my meal were missing, and will never know what happened to them but I am assuming it wasnot the driver who tampered with the order since the bag was sealed until I opened it?I called to speak to an employee and anice manager took care of this by ensuring that I got what I payed for. Everytime I come here there's garbage under/on tables. I just wish they would take pride in their dining room. I shouldn't have... to find a table with the least amount of trash near it. Read more

I ordered a agave lemonade and was given tea instead. I order this drink almost everyday.. I told the cashier that it wasn?t... lemonade?. And it?s not this color. Longer than usual wait. Good consistent food every time. The butternut squash soup is really amazing if you like squash. Has a... really rich flavor that goes great with dipping the baguette in. I really enjoy their combos half salad/sandwich with soup orMac/cheese. It makes for a good variety at a reasonable price. Read more
Had dinner with my Mom and it was good, but not I usually get from there. It was about 6pm and the soup was lukewarm, bread was... a bit hard, and the lettuce was old because it didn't have the crunch it usually has. The flavors were all there and we wereserved quick. The place was not busy at all so I'm not sure the food was below standard. I would have given more stars butthe quality wasn't there. Hopefully if I return it will be better or I can visit the new one in Middletown. Read more
We only chose to go to Panera after having a gift card for them. My meal was perfect as there was nothing wrong with it (I... usually play it safe with the soup option). My boyfriend on the other hand is quite picky. He orders usually just a grilledcheese with bacon. We got our order and he noticed they had accidentally put onions and chicken on his grilled cheese. Usuallybeing too shy he doesn?t say anything and we would normally just get him something from somewhere else. He decided to go in andtry to get what he had ordered. He headed in, brought the sandwich and receipt just in case and asked if they could just remakeit to what he ordered. He was met with ?Well what?s wrong with it?!? As she read the receipt and looked at thesandwich. Surprised by this response, (in customer service the right response would be to remake it and say ?sorry about that!?)he had to actually explain to her what the receipt said as if she couldn?t see it. Then with an eye roll they remade thesandwich. It did come correct but I do say it wasn?t the prettiest presentation after all that. Read more
