Orders 2 hours ago, app says pizza was delivered but no pizza. When we called they said that their system glitched and they... would be here in 10 mins. 20 mins later no pizza we call again and they say they can?t reach the delivery driver and have noidea what happened to our pizza. They then said that they can void the order or we can come pick it up. The absolute worstservice i?ve ever experienced. UPDATE: our pizza finally arrived 2 1/2 hours later and the delivery driver decided it would be agood time to hit on me and comment on my appearance while i?m home alone at 10pm. If you are a woman and your delivery driver isa Bamolle Roosevelt be weary and have a man pick up your order. I will be calling in the morning to file a complaint. I ordered special 5 pizzas got a text at 1154 that my pizza was on its way I called at 1215 to see if they got lost and the... manager tells me that she was still there waiting for another order to be completed I will not order from you again my 80dollars will be spent somewhere else. Read more
Came in for a pick up order tonight at 7:30. Was greeted by the AGM, Ashley. I looked at the pizza prior to leaving and asked... ?does this look normal?? She told me that this is how our pizzas are. If you can see both items are burnt and my cheese is noteven on the pizza . This is just nasty & horrible customer service. Service sucks my online order said it was ready 30 mins ago I?m still here waiting they go in the back of the store for 15 min... intervals I don?t recommend this place to My worst enemy my kids are hungry and waiting and won?t get dinner until close to 9:30pm they?re sweating over the pizzas long hair no hair nets just disgusting and sad service I?d give a zero star if I coulddefinitely need all new employees and I never complain or leave reviews Read more
Waited over a hr then called just to see if my order left yet to be told the ovens down, I asked well don?t you think you should... have called the boy just sat there with nothing to say!! I asked well what about my money I paid with my card he replies with Ican give you store credit!?! I ended up speaking to a manager that was no more help and was told I couldn?t get a refund, calledcustomer service was told I have to wait for a call back from someone higher up this place is a joke?. This used to be a decent store and Papa John's has always been my go to. But recently this store has gone way down. I order... pizza one to two times a week and the last three from here have helped me to decide to never eat here again. Two orders lookedlike the boxes has been sat on. And the last came with the cooking pan still in the box. This pan is supposed to be mesh. It hadso much gunk on it I thought it was a hard pan. It was just disgusting. The manager offered to have me bring him the pan back tohis store and he would give me an order of bread sticks. I will just trash the pan and eat somewhere else. There is no way Iwould ever let my family eat of off filth like that. Read more
