I placed an order online and was given an exact ready time of 8:08. I arrived to the restaurant at 8:15 . There were two... cashiers and the cashier acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about . She scratched her neck with bare hands anddidn’t wash them which made me feel uneasy because she went back into the kitchen . I’m assuming she went to the back tohave the chef make the order , when she returned she stated it was coming up . I understand that this restaurant can get busy soI patiently waited . When I arrived there was literally no one in the parking lot but I do understand they do delivery. Iwaited almost an hour for my food to come out! I would have requested a refund but every time I went back in , they stated myorder would be ready “in a couple minutes” I WONT EVER RECOMMEND OR EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN! There restaurant is less than 10 minutes away from my house. They ask if I want to give driver a tip. No because my food always... come cold. Last delivery was delivered 50 minutes after my phone call I always have to reheat my food when it gets here Read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. They gave me the wrong food and refused to fix it. Don’t waste your money here the service is... terrible and the food isn’t much better. Ordered a hot turkey platter but got the sub.. they staple the bag shut too so unlessyou open it and check it in the store you won’t know till you get home. Read more
I used to really love this pizza. It was always delivered hot and on time. Now it always takes at least 2 hours and is cold when... it gets to us. I have mentioned this several times to the person who takes orders and they don't seem to care, pushing it off onthe driver. I really hate that I have to find a new pizza place as I have been ordering from polisenos for well over 4 years.Not to mention they have started charging a $4 delivery fee I was used to the $1.50 being that I am just on the edge of too farfor delivery but they snuck the higher fee in on me last time. Placed order for 1 large cheese pizza at 11:45am. Website states order will be delivered in 45-50 minutes. Another message... stated the pizza would be completed by 12:32pm. I placed the first called at 12:55pm to confirm order had been processed and wastold it was out for delivery. By 1:30 I called again and made them aware the delivery driver had not yet arrived. By 1:45pm (2hours after order) I called and requested a refund. The delivery driver showed up at 2:00pm, 2 hours and 15 minutes later thanour order time, and my coworker retrieved the pizza. As a courtesy, I called to let the restaurant know we had finally receivedthe pizza at which time I was told they would need the pizza back in order to issue a refund. So, I asked for at least to havethe $3 delivery fee reimbursed. The website states 45-50 minutes, the driver can't be reached for over an hour, and the pizzaarrived cold.
