I really wanna rate this place better but man, I don't think I've had a single correct order in the 3+ years I've been going... here. I always wait months and think "maybe it'll be better this time." It never is. Wrong drinks, missing sides, missing sauce,wrong number of tenders/nuggets. It's always something. The food itself is just ok. Tenders are too thin with too muchbreading. Very poor experience at this location. Placed online order for drive thru pickup. Arrived 15 mins after order was placed and... still had to wait another 15 mins for someone to bring it outside. When employee brought bag out, I asked him specifically ifthe additional order for large mac/cheese was also in bag, he said yes. After going through bag, no mac/cheese found. Ientered the store snd there were at least 5 people visible behind counter. Not 1 of the acknowledged me however the blackskinned customer was acknowledged and helped with her order. After standing there, still being ignored, I said to 1 of them mymac/cheese was not i bag. She proceeded to take a container out of warmer, threw it in to bag and pushed it across counterwithout a single word being said. Placed an order online. Worst idea ever. Missing an entire meal and some sides. Chicken looked old and was cold. Biscuits... were hard and cold. Went inside to get a refund and noticed an absurd amount of chicken cooked and piled up under the warmer. This explains why the chicken looks and tastes old. The entire time I was there the manager was walking around talking on hercell phone while other employees were just hanging out playing on their phones. Not a good sign. Order an early dinner here today....we used the app to order and drove straight there, about 15 minutes. The chicken looks,... tastes, and feels like it's been sitting since they opened. The fries are cold and soggy, and they forgot our mashed potatoes(6.49 for a large) The only thing was tasted fresh was the biscuits. Won't be back. Read more
Firstly, the dumb girl tried to charge me the wrong price, then after she asked me to pull around as I was in the drive-thru she... then quoted the right price & proceeded to drop my payment card on the ground as I was getting it she was leaning her hand underchin while she watched this. I can't stand this place it's horrible, the fries were cold and they had them covering the ????pigeon ???????? shrimps, I mean small with a hard dry biscuit. Just went through the drive thru. These people never, ever get your order correct. Ordered spicy nuggets, received plain, nor... did I receive the sauces that I requested. Red beans and rice were all rice. No more drive thru for me. Read more
I really like the biscuits and fries but I have been trying their specials and haven't found a consistent chicken course that I... would go back for. It's ok but no outstanding flavor I would buy more than once. 04-15-18 I have narrowed down my favorite nowto the 5 piece spicy chicken fingers with beans and rice and a biscuit and it is delicious! Moving up the 4-star to a 5 starrating. 2021-02-12 I tried the cajun fish sandwich today. Meh. Not enough tartar sauce, very little fish flavor and all Icould taste was the cajun seasoning. Nice hot and fresh, you can tell chicken was marinated long it was spicy just like i like and crispy as it should be .
