Went with friends for the never-ending shrimp promotion. Pros: We all found our selections quite tasty. The big winner was the... coconut shrimp. Crispy, not to heavy batter and nicely sized shrimp, cooked just right. The alfedo and scampi also were wellreceived. Our server was friendly and attentive, the meal arrived at table promptly (previous issues in theses areas had madeus reluctant to return) and correctly. Cons: The decor could use a bit of sprucing up and it is a bit noisy. All in all, apleasant experience. We'll be back. Read more

It has been a long time since I was here. Went for a date lunch and only the lobsters in tank were there to greet us. It took... about 15 minutes for someone to seat us. The server was nice and food was good. I watch too many "Robert Irvine shows." I knowthis because there was really no one in the restaurant eating and the atmosphere was very dark even with lighting. I must update a recent poor review I gave to Red Lobster. While we did encounter some problems while dining there, management... was most responsive in addressing our concerns. We will be happy to try Red Lobster in Dover again, Thank you OLD REVIEW: Went with a friend who had never been to a Red Lobster before. We got there at 6:15 and the place was empty, which made mesuspicious, as Olive Garden next door was extremely crowded at that hour. We were seated immediately. Our waiter, Sebastian,was a very nice young man but terribly overworked - he had a half dozen tables and all the other wait staff was sitting aroundon their phones! Our drink order took 15 minutes. Our appetizer took 25 minutes, entrees took 40 minutes, and they were notcorrect. We ordered the endless shrimp and got nothing but an endless wait. We immediately ordered a refill when our firstentrée came out but it took 30 MINUTES for the first (and only) refill to come out. We left at 8:15 feeling cheated. Everything was tasty but way too slow, like they didn't want people to be able to enjoy the "endless" shrimp after all. Myhusband and I were so embarrassed that we brought our friend, especially since we had regaled him with stories of the wonderfulexperiences we have had in past years of endless shrimp. Unfortunately, last week I sent my son in Denver $100 in Red Lobstergift cards so he could also enjoy the endless shrimp and now I'm afraid he'll have a bad experience too. Went for lunch with my husband and son. We were seated pretty fast and our waiter brought our drinks quickly. As always the... cheddar bay biscuits were yummy! I got the coconut shrimp and they were good as was the dipping sauce. My son had the kidslobster tail and my husband had the fried platter. They both enjoyed their meals as well. This was my first time coming to Red Lobster and I am extremely impressed. Timothy was our server, who gave AMAZING service.... They should be lucky to have him. I had the New Orleans (salmon and shrimp) which was delicious and my boyfriend loved his Wayguburger. We had dessert also. I will definitely come back and recommend this place. Read more

Good Red Lobster Restaurant. When we arrived there were people waiting, but lucky for us we got seated very fast (we were... walk-ins). The hostess didn't have smiled and seemed very serious ( shouldbe very tired, it was around 9:30 pm., but she wasnice and helpful and polite. Our waitress was great (sorry, forgot her name), she was very upbeat, took care of us veryfast. They didn't have salmon, but fish ended up ordered was good too. Virgin Pina colada was very good. The most I liked wasChocolate wave dessert. It was presented beautifully and tastes extremely amazing, so soft, so fresh. Read more
