After one meal, my co-workers and I were wondering why we hadn?t tried Romano?s before. Everything on the menu sounded good!... Three of us had the Italian Chicken Bowl and it was a life changing lunch choice!! So delicious and healthy and not heavy atall. Going to take my health conscious teen daughter back with me. 2022-04-25 this is the first time I have tried Romano's on this side of town. I actually like the sit down atmosphere better... here than I do at the other Romano's. We of course ordered exactly what we always order at Romano's. Yep the taco pizza, and isfantastic here also! We were thrilled with the food and couldn't be happier with the service and cleanliness of theestablishment. I recommend this place highly and of course I recommend the taco pizza. We wanted to try this spot for breakfast and will now mark it off our list as another place in the dover area not to go for... breakfast. The food was cold and overcooked, the only part of my husbands platter that was decent was French toast. His mealcame with other items as a platter but when brought out only had French toast and 2 eggs (menu says 3) and he had to ask for hismeats which took another few minutes to arrive. The bacon was literally so dry it wasn't even greasy and honestly looked like ithad been out for a week, the sausage tasted almost as if it was spoiled. The breakfast sandwich I ordered was cold and theCanadian bacon was overly fatty. Our waitress apologized when she came to give us our check after asking if something was wrongafter seeing our full plates and offered to refund my sandwich, but it wasn't her fault the food was terrible. Could we havecomplained and asked for new dishes, yes. But honestly we both lost our appetites after seeing and tasting what we got.Breakfast is not something that should be so hard to make decent....not even amazing, just edible but this was flat outinedible.
