My family and I celebrated my birthday at Royal Prime and they did not disappoint. Great welcoming ambiance and everything from... the drinks, to appetizers, to main entrees were delicious. Our waiter Torian was great, attentive, made recommendations andtreated everyone well. I'm not a steak Eater so I had the salmon and it was very tasty. Service was definitely superb. I’m talking about out of this world! They went all out of their way to please us including the... bartender Torian, the Manager Austin. They really catered to our every needs. Our server Nate was also very attentive. Thesteak should’ve been warmer and should be the same size if being serve in the same table. We didn’t send it back because wewere just very hungry at this point and we were ready to start our evening out and about. But thank you for the lovely eveningand we will definitely be back again. From start to finish, the experience was great. Our server Melissa was friendly, knowledgeable and checked on us often to make... sure we didn't need anything. My sister and I were welcomed into the restaurant by a very friendly , manner-able, well groomed guy named Carl. He escorted us... to our table and had a brief yet pleasant conversation with us . Our waitress was good very attentive and sweet .The host evencame back to the after a while to check on us . I thought that was excellent of him ;I even thought this well spoken guy wasthe manager but he told my sister and I he was just the host ! I told him he needs a promotion he was just a great guy whoenhance our dining experience. This steakhouse was really good some of the best steak that I have ever eaten. The chef or chefsare doing and amazing job. I would recommend this place to family and friends and tell them if they get a chance to talk to thehost we had he’s one of a kind top tier and just made our night at the Royal prime. We will be back and hope we have Carl as ahost again . After being in the house over a 2 yrs due to the pandemic we had a very pleasant encounter we had with the host heneeds to be recognized just like the great steak I had!! Read more
A Tradition Of Excellence , I have been coming to this steakhouse from the very start and met some great people along the way !... The food is impeccable and the level of service is quite impressive ! Austin , Carl , Michelle , Giovan, Tasha and Cameron area few of the 5 Star Employees that provide Staggering & Extraordinary service. Well, let me tell you, this experience started of on the wrong foot because we had a reservation for my birthday, when we got... there they said there was a 15min wait but after that time we were still waiting sitting at the bar having a drink and we saw afew couples being taken to their tables and we knew they didn't have reservations because we had talked to them outside whilewaiting. The concierges totally forgot about us ???? BUT I must say, I'm glad they did, because we started talking to one of thebartenders and we were having SOOOO much fun and he was making an awesome sangria, we decided to have our meal at the bar. The food was delicious. My steak was the best and the creamed spinach was divine! I'll definitely go back. The only thing I... would ask them to work on is the service. They didn't bring menus immediately and it took over an hour for us to be seated. Itwas OK nog then because I reminded them they told us a 30 minute to an hour wait. My girlfriend, Tori, and I just left Royal Prime in Dover, De. There was no special occasion, but the staff made us feel like... VIPs. Torian, one of the three bartenders, made sure that we were well taken care of. Without “selling” the menu, he madesure that we chose the best menu items. He made our off menu cocktails perfectly, balancing the flavor of the mixers and thealcohol. Natalia came over to check on us and once asked, recommended a wine that perfectly paired with our meals. Austin, themanager, came to check on us and we shared a nice conversation about the quality of meet that is being used. The kitchenperfectly prepared our steaks to temperature, and the black pepper crust hit the palette with wonderful flavor. I wish the chefwould have come out to receive compliments, though I didn’t ask. Overall, we had a great dining experience and will bevisiting the lounge tomorrow night. Read more
