I have just had a horrible experience at the Route 8 Subway in Dover Delaware at 991 Forest Ave in Dover, Delaware 19904. I... went in at 7:30 pm to place my order and was unable to place an online order. As a result, I asked the female worker if therewas something she could do at the register so I could place an online order. She insisted that there was nothing that she coulddo because online orders stop at 7:30. While my 12 year old son preceeded to order, she raised her voice and kept asking why Ithought she did something to the register. I told her it is fine if the orders stopped, but it was not necessary for her toraise her voice at me. She told me she will not serve me. Her and the other worker refused to serve me because I asked aboutthe online ordering. I am appalled at the behavior of these workers. Read more

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The gentleman behind the counter just starred at me until I started... ordering. When I accidentally called the multi-grain bread "wheat bread", he pointed to the bread options without sayinganything. He also didn't bother to ask if I wanted either sandwich toasted - I had to ask. Seems like they don't want anycustomers with the attitudes. I'd would drive to the one on the other side of town than return to this location. Read more

Save yourself some time and aggravation and eat literally anywhere else. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The... individuals who work there are all incredibly rude, and talk to customers like they have no idea what customer service even is.On top of that they just throw your food together however they want like they don?t actually care. I could understand goingthere once and them being rude, maybe their having a bad day. But it?s every single time that I have gone to this location. Theyclaim not to accept Subway coupons, and just cancel online orders on one day and then the next day they miraculously acceptSubways coupons. Their food is never good either, the veggies that they offer are always either wilted or soggy. The meat theyhave looks like it?s been left out for days. The store is always absolutely disgusting, the floors are gross and the area theykeep the food always looks disgusting. And on top of that their parking lot is nearly inaccessible. Read more

I would not even give one star to this people, rude people and no respect for their customers even service is worst and the... Indian lady working over there , I think no one taught her how to talk with the customers I am from India and met lot of peoplein work but never saw a lady like her. I think she just work for money not for customer service seriously. My worst experiencein subway at all. Read more

1 person was working and she was working hard. I had used the app so she was finishing mine up as I arrived. The sandwich was... perfectly made and delicious. 5 other people were waiting to order or pickup. She greeted them when they came in and said theycould have a seat since she had several orders. Over $8 for this amount of spinach in a salad. The bacon was never heated up. Called and complained and she literally yelled at... me on the phone. I asked for ranch on my sandwich they accidentally put mayonnaise and instead of making a new sandwich wipedthe mayo off. I am completely disgusted. Read more
