Order 12 soft tacos with tomato and sour cream. Got the 12 but not with what I ordered.
They used to mess up my order, now they are providing excellent service via drive thru, late night. The cashier & the young man... who prepared my late night order were on point 100 percent. Thank you for that because good service is free & far betweenanymore around Dover!! Read more
This place used to be bad, I don?t know what changed but it is by far the best service and food you can get from fast food at... this point, it?s quality, fast, friendly, and not skimpy. If there is an issues with a order it?s is taken care of promptly, Iused to avoid this tacobell in particular. Gave it another go about 2 months back and as much often as I come here there hasbeen only one mishap with which is all tacobell breakfasts at all tacobells, Bland food breakfast food. Read more
I've ordered delivery from this location few times because no other Taco Bell location delivers nearby. They have gotten order... wrong almost every time. And they never include any sauce packets because they know there's no accountability when ordered fromUberEATS or Doordash (they don't even pick up phone calls for wrong orders). Hopefully district manager sees this review sohe/she can educate the store manager to provide sauce packets and getting delivery orders correct. Honestly, current managershould be fired and replaced because they clearly don't care about customers and providing good food service for payingcustomers. Read more

I did not want to drive through but in person in front of there waited a couple minutes and nobody even noticed I was there.... Five people were making tacos and taking orders and I was in front of them but nobody even felt like asking or talking. Littleone I ask do you guys take customers inside or should I go to the drive-thru and then they notice and instantly someone came andtook my order and she was very helpful. Little one another person quickly delivered the food to me. Only one recommendation Iwould suggest to the owner is that the employee should at least welcome the people who stand to order. Read more
