Food was excellent. Ordered a drink, come and did not taste right. Sent it back and bartender himself came over to apologize ... and offered to make another drink that he recommended. Service here was great, food was great no issues there. Management zero stars would not recommend. Leadership here is horrible.... Brian was rude, and doesn’t accept accountability for mistakes. Party room was double booked on the evening my party andanother were attending. Although the other party was unconfirmed we were moved, had to arrange our own tables and told therewould be enough servers for our party of almost 20. There was 1 server for our group. She did her absolute best and it isgreatly appreciated. She apologized for her manager when it was not her place. Brian lied to us about speaking with his homeoffice on a Saturday night at 9pm. He’s insulting and disrespectful. No wonder this restaurant can’t keep any staff. He’sa terrible manager in need of management skills. Read more
The Food was amazing, so flavorful and well seasoned. I had the Salmon it was Awesome cooked perfectly!!! I sat at the Bar and... had 2 mojitos. The Perfect Dinner with my sister!! Read more
Wait was terrible even though restaurant only had 10ish people in it. Severely understaffed so it wasn't the waiter's fault as... he was trying to bartend, bus tables, etc. Manager finally started bringing food out. Took 20 minutes after ordering to getdrinks then another 15 to get the wings which were terrible. Looked like they came off of a Cornish hen and tasted like theywere dehydrated. Dry chicken and not crispy skin, not even sure how you manage that. Would never return. Read more
I have had horrible experiences here. But lately things have gotten better. Our server Cheyene had attention to detail and was... doing her job efficiently. We appreciate her. My steak was unseasoned and undercooked but was fixed quickly and professionally. Read more
I'm sorry these other reviews are so bad. I ordered food to pick-up, sat at the bar for a drink while waiting, started chatting... with the staff (and other customers), decided to eat my food here, and it was delicious! Service was excellent and food wasgreat!! Read more
I got the fajitas. It was chicken, steak & rice. It came out on a skillet that was still sizzling. The meat was very tender.... Overall the food was delicious. The server was still training but kept checking on us. She refilled our drinks before they wereempty so we weren't without drink while we are. Very good dinner. Read more
