Girls in the deli and the ones making drinks can?t comprehend instructions. And I have a lot of doubt if they clean their coffee... containers properly and what they use. Read more

Always something here, 9/10 times your food will be made incorrectly. Very slow always too even with barely anyone waiting for... food. Apparently there's no electronic payments tonight so I ordered food then had no way to pay for it. Nice to have my timewasted. Try any other Wawa around town and you'll be better off for it. It is unfortunate a service member stationed at DAFB was treated with total disrespect and lack of disregard. When this... particular individual noticed his order was incorrect, he proceeded back to the WAWA to rectify the situation. At first, headdressed the lady, who made his order: one toasted and the other not toasted sandwich. The individual had asked the lady if shecould toast the other sandwich. The lady informed him she could not serve hot food to EBT customers. Confused about what thelady was saying about having an EBT card and serving hot food, the individual asked the lady again if she would just toast hissandwich because what she was talking about did not pertain to him. The lady making the sandwiches stated again that shecouldn't serve hot food to EBT card customers. At this point, the individual didn't understand & was confused more than ever ashe left the store thinking he was being racially profiled. The lady, who made his sandwich, DIDN'T request his receipt uponreturning back to the store, she DIDN'T ask how him how he paid for his food, she WASN'T the cashier that assisted him in thecheckout lane, and technically IF he PAID w/an EBT card, she already served him hot food as one of two sandwiches was toasted. Therefore, the cashier should have noticed this when his food was rung up. Because he was wearing a doo rag, timberland shoes, and black sweatpants, this individual felt as though she placed him in a group/category based on his appearance. Now thinkingthis situation was unacceptable, the individual decided to go back and talk to the Manager. He approached Manager, and explainedthe situation. It was at this point Manager, stated, "if it's not that serious, then why did you come back." It was at thispoint, the individual felt the Manager was not providing assistance, and/or showing empathy towards his situation as he wastrying to explain why it was necessary to return. The individual was stating the problem and how this could be correcte Read more

This place has a history of unprofessional behavior. It?s honestly sad that we live in a world where someone can go into a store... expecting normal customer service, and end up being racially profiled. This specific Wawa and Derek the manager assume thatAfrican American shoppers only use EBT, this Wawa refuses to admit when they are wrong, and then they refer to the customer as?aggressive? just because the customer wanted them to reconcile on of their employee?s actions. Something needs to be done aboutthis type of management Read more
