The food is good, and better than McDonald's, but the service here is terrible... the managers are amazing and carrying the... whole team on their back, I feel sorry for them. I'm sure they deserve double what they are making. And almost everyone elseneeds to be replaced by someone who will carry their weight. Read more
Even though we were there during the dinner hour and there were only two other people seated in the dining room, every table in... the dining area was dirty. There was trash on the floor and several trash cans were overflowing. Read more
The meal was good but the order of fries were cold. Sadly the restaurant was grungy. No one was wiping tables (I noticed several... people cleaning their own table before they sat down). Also lots of trash on the floor and the trashcans were over flowing. Read more
Food was okay, as soon as we got the food it was cold. Both soda machines were out of some the options like coke for example.... The area for the straws and lids was a mess. There weren?t any lids for the medium size drink. It was also very warm in there. Read more

Went through drive thru. They mixed up drink sizes, we asked for extra sauce but only one in bag although it was listed on... receipt for more. Surprised they had salad bc I read articles that Wendy's was doing away with lettuce due to possible e coli or listeria breakouts. Food was good although service was slow. Read more
I'm not sure if they're understaffed or on strike but this place is very very slow. Expect to be waiting 20-30 minutes no matter... what your order. If you need food fast it's quicker to go up the street, U-turn, hit the McDonald's, eat and go back than it isto order here. Customer service is non existent. They don't speak in full sentences (by intention) no one greets you, theyliterally don't say anything when handing you the food. If you have the time to wait though the food comes out as you expect. I ordered a pretzel pub meal, no onion and a biggie bag with a double stack cheese burger. I received a double plain cheese... burger with NO cheese and then a plain double cheese burger, no pretzel pub! I went in to correct it and the female employeeslayover and commented that's what she wanted! Rude and unprofessional! The gentleman on the shift was kind and corrected mymeal! The service other wise really was ride and inconsiderate for THEIR mistake. Read more
