I?ve been living on this side for two years. EVERY single time I come here I have to bring my food back because my order is... wrong. I am currently sitting in the drive thru for the second time tonight because they got the same order wrong twice . Theygrabbed my burger from me and rewrapped it and gave it right back to me. No changes at all. Then acted like they didn?t see mestill sitting in the drive thru for 5 whole minutes. Walked in to get breakfast for the road, the place smells like sewage. I don?t eat anywhere that smells like the black tank.
Super busy on a Sunday afternoon because the McDs across the street had closed their inside due to lack of staff. Then while... inside of BK, they decided to shut their restaurant too and limit orders to drive thru like McDs. They said they were shortstaffed too and could not handle McDs traffic overflow. Interesting sign of the times. No ice in their drink machine. Staff was very friendly and the inside appeared clean. Food was ok with no issues. Read more

I am still so upset about the service I recieved yesterday! I am normally not one to complain and this establishment was two of... my kids first jobs. There were only 5 cars in line we placed our order and 20 minutes later finally reached the window. When theyoung man handed me our milk shakes I was dumb founded..both of them were COMPLETELY melted so I asked him for two more...hewent to the back for a full 3 minutes and had a young lady give me the SAME two shakes. There is no way he did not know thiswas unacceptable!!!
