there?s a dunkin closer to me but i will always come to this one! everyone has been so kind & quick despite the super long... lines. i?ve never had an order messed up (but even if i did, i?d still remember that they are HUMANS & make mistakes like therest of us). Very difficult to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time is typical lately. Very slow-moving drive-thru. Online states... 24/7, but there have been multiple occasions where no one was there when attempting to use the drive-thru service. Read more
The absolute worse! Ordered online for pick up inside. 16 drinks sitting for pickup, no one expediting. The would just plop the... drink on counter without calling out name or order number and walk away. My coffees were sitting getting cold while my sandwichwasn't even made. When I finally caught someone to ask and got the sandwich the sourdough bread wasn't toasted, cheese unmelted,eggs cold, wrong bacon. I asked for a remake and all they must of done was stick under broiler for a couple seconds because thebottom slice of bread still untoasted,eggs still cold. Let me start out by saying i vowed to never come to this store ever again after getting sick a year ago from their food. Well... being its the closest to me i decided about a month ago to stop by and im so glad i did. They have amazing staff working there.They are very nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make the customer happy. This is now my daily coffee stop. So happyi decided to give them another try! Read more
I will literally go out of my way to go to this dunkin rather than going to other dunkins that are closer. everyone who I?ve... encountered at this location has been so nice to me and you can tell they care about their customers as people.
