Went to pick up a carryout order and me and my husband were waiting at the entrance for 10 minutes before someone even spoke to... us and then when we explained we had a carryout that was already paid for and I'd be willing to grab it myself if they were toobusy they argued with us saying we could wait and that it wasn't paid for even though we had the charge on my husband's card asproof. We ended up leaving since they refused service and my husband had to call his credit card company and they happily hadthe charge pulled back from Applebee's. I'd recommend chili's down the road they're way more polite and the food itself is in acompletely different league???? Read more
Last night was probably the 4th time we got turned away at the door. It was 10:50 on a friday. We had waited ALL night to get to... applebees to have a margarita and some food before finally going home and as we walk in the host looks at us and says "atleasf a20-25 minute wait." The bar was full, but there were 2 high top tables available, and about 3/4 of the booths/tables were empty.I understand how serving works, and people can only take on so many tables at once. But why was there 1 bartender and maybe 1-2servers on on a Friday night that theyre open until 1am. We sat in the parking lot for a minute to decide where to go (not manyoptions that late) and saw a few other groups turned away. I wonder how much money they lost. Read more

The half price appetizers are absolutely the best thing Apple Bee's has ever done. Being able to spend 20 bucks and feel like... you got tons of food is a good thing! And as far as quality goes. It generally is enjoyable. Certainly not high dining but theydefinitely make good food. You'll feel full and happy by the end of it! Highly recommend. Read more
Ate here with the family. We got the family sized appetizer, which was delicious and plenty for 3 adults. We also each got a... burger. The bun was fresh, and burger cooked to order. Went there the other day because my husband and I had a gift card. Gift card was $50 which covered most of the meal. Payed the... rest on our debit card... well checked my bank account to realize they overcharged our debit card AFTER we signed for thecorrect amount so our waitress must've thought it was okay to sign herself her own tip when we left cash for a tip and wrotecash. We were on a business trip in Dover NH and Applebee?s was literally across the street from our hotel. We had a dinner there on... Friday night. We didn?t have to wait long for our table to be ready (we hadn?t made a reservation). Our waitress, Emily, was sofriendly and provided an exceptional customer service! If you are looking for something refreshing, get red sangria, it wasreally good! And if you order margarita (which was so good), you will get a glass and a shaker and you are refilling your drinkas you go ???? shrimps and sirloin entree was very good! We had an awesome experience at the Dover Applebee's tonight, great service, drinks refilled without asking, great food cooked... perfectly- so good my son pulled the waitress aside to compliment the chef and another server even took the time to stop andcompliment my witch's hat-love it.
