AJs is now my go to for their Italian Sodas. Any of their flavors are available with a soda water base over ice. I get 1 extra... pump of syrup to boost the flavor. Our friends love the soft pretzels and my daughter loves their chocolate chip muffin. Theonly real gluten free food option is a marshmallow square, which is delicious, but not an ideal meal. Even when the lines are long I always get great service. The people who are given bad attitudes probably don?t tip lol I?ve... never had an issue here. Even when I ask for strange/complicated drinks I?m still given great service. Keep it up guys andalways tip your barista! Read more
I NEVER complain about places, especially coming from the restaurant industry, but the lady here this morning was nothing but... straight attitude. Eye rolling, sighing, and just rude. If you hate your job get another one. I get it, it?s early in themorning and things can be frustrating but there?s no need for that. Do better. Read more
If you don?t like your job and want to be a wench every single morning then please do us all a favor and get a different job.... Twice this week I have ordered drinks from this location and both times I asked for the SUGAR FREE RUSH to be labeled for acoworker who is diabetic. But let?s not take someone?s health into consideration and have an attitude instead. I can make aquick phone call if preferred. Walked up to the walk up window was looked at by the employees and just left to stand there. They decided to wait on cars that... pulled up after I walked up. When they finally took my order the girl was EXTREMELY rude. Their was an error with the creditcard machine and tried claiming my card declined in an EXTREMELY disgusted tone. It wasn't until I asked to run it again & gotmy drink they decided to shut the window in my face while I was trying to talk. I'm a daily customer to the AJs around dover NH.I'm just disgusted! It was generally a good experience but the lady working there was definitely struggling like someone who was new. She was... visibly struggling with the order entry system and made a mistake with my latte but immediately apologized and fixed it. Herattitude more than adequately made up for the mistake. I love Aroma Joes! This location has amazing workers. The girl who waited on me was so patient (I bought 5 gift cards and an... iced tea) she was smiling and kind and very helpful. I ordered a 32 oz iced black tea with sugar free red raspberry (it?s my newaddiction) but sadly when I tried it after I got about 20 minutes away I was pretty shocked to find that it was iced coffee oriced coffee mixed with iced tea. Not exactly sure what happened but it definitely wasn?t the black tea that I had ordered. Wasdisappointed to say the least but I still love Aromas so I won?t give it anything less than 5 stars! Great people and great coffee, especially for a chain. Drive through is convenient if you're in a rush. Definitely miles above... the national chains. I hope they maintain that level of quality as the chain grows! Read more
