Last week I got my coffee and it tasted horribly! I get the same thing every time and I have no idea what I got. Then when I... went back for a refund, I sat for 15 minutes while the girl figured out what to do, only to find out she had no idea and I hadto email someone to get one This week I got a hot latte and it was barely like warm. I asked for another but now it just tastesburnt and bitter. I think they just heated it in a microwave because its the same cup they gave me the first time. I go to thisshop every Thursday night. Rude to me literally as soon as she opened the window to take my order, and repeated my order back to me in the most... condescending way like what I was ordering was just wrong. I don?t even know what I did to receive attitude but the aromas onBroadway is way better and the people over there give much friendlier customer service and better products. The staff is friendly but unfortunately, they ALWAYS mess up my order. I consistently get a Blue Rush of some sort and at first,... they were fine. I pass them regularly for work, so I make pitstops halfway thru my day. At first, I figured it was just thenoon rush so I said nothing, bit then it became every time. I've asked them to add "a few extra shots of flavor" and they stillget it wrong. I've sent it back but it's still battery acid. I love this chain and it's people, but I'd you want a GOOD rush,don't use them. There's another one in downtown that's better. Ps, I'd your drink looks as pictured........
