The quality has been pretty poor for months now. The burritos I order are often cold, soggy, unmarked and sometimes leaking or... ruptured in the bag upon delivery. It is impossible to get someone on the phone from their location and if you manage to do so,you'll just end up having to call another number. Once you call that number for a refund, you will then be told to call DoorDash or wherever to get a refund through them instead. Disappointing service. Read more
Ordered this around 8:30? they skimped me on food and put the rice on top. Extremely disappointed
Look here...Im not qualified to rate a chiptole properly. I love dos amigos and I am still depressed they arent available any... longer. Chipotle has been an ok replacement cant be mad bout that. I never really go in and get the order but i bet everyoneworks real hard because i see massive lines all the time. Last time i ordered from here i asked for hot burrito and WOW did theydeliver. Anyway you know what to expect from chipotle i imagine, and this location seems fine. Parking can be a nightmare thoughso prepare to park out back. Location is filthy, not that we are just blaming the staff. The location is obviously under staffed and undertrained. We?ve just... stopped ordering burritos, they start to unwrap within seconds. Today I ordered a vegan bowl and tacos. I found myself chewingthrough a huge chunk of steak in the vegan bowl and the tacos were just a soggy mess when we got home less than 10minslater. We keep trying this place hoping it will get better, but each time it?s just worse. Please hire new staff, pay them$15+/hr, and train them so they can handle the crowds with confidence. Read more

Quality has completely gone down hill. We order 2 chicken quesadillas with sides. The sides were half full and each quesadilla... had only a few pieces of chicken and some cheese - the tortilla was just folded over multiple times which no ingredients inside.For ~$15 per meal I would expect appropriate portions and better quality control. This is typical assembly line food. No special order chefs, no out of the ordinary special food, and not really Mexican food.... But enough of the criticism. It does taste pretty good. It is also very efficient, and the staff is nice. The menu is simple andyou can go vegan, pork, chicken, or beef. A couple of salsa versions, go tortilla, or go bowl...it offers a limited menu butwith variations of those limits. It is also a way to eat fairly healthy in a fast food world.
