This is by far the worst Dunkin I have been to. I mistakenly come back and it?s always the same issues of waiting 20 minutes in... the drive through and your order having something wrong or missing. Today they messed up my order and they didn?t believe mewhen I said they forgot an item and tried to get me to move on through the drive through. I refused and asked for my item that Iordered and paid for. They first asked to see my receipt and then proceeded to take my order back because they didn?t believe meand thought I was trying to get some free food? I ended up being right, shocker, and she gave me my correct order. The wholeexperience was something I never experienced before and she was very demeaning and rude. Slowest Dunkin? I have ever experienced. It doesn?t matter what day or time you go it?s at least a 10-15 min wait.
The store near exit 7 kept it lobby doors closed on the day I visited. However, No Sign was posted on the door to tell anyone. ... Since I walked to the store, I had to go get my car, return and go thru the drive thru. Read more

Went to get a coffee at 7:30 and they said that their hot coffees are down. He said they are cleaning and close at 8pm. This is... a new one on me! Lol. Unbelievable. Nope. Not going there again. Read more
We just got home with our food and just about every single thing was wrong. Unfortunately we didn?t get a receipt to return the... food. It?s not that hard to type in what people ask for and give them that. I didn?t pay full price to get food I didn?t evenask for. This is the main reason I never come to this location. This is by far the slowest DD. Even if I order mobile order online, I am waiting 15-20 min in line for my order. They do not... allow mobile order at door. It is extremely frustrating on AM commute. Why are they so slow? Why hasn?t this been fixed overpast 6 months!? It never gets better. The quality is standard for DD, once you get your food. Mobile orders for hot food areusually cold due to waiting so long in line. Friendly service. Read more
This is the slowest dunks I've ever been too. I waited over 2 minutes in the drive thru for my coffee that was sitting just... waiting to be handed to me. The employee was not even aware the coffee was ready. I even beeped my horn 3 times to get hisattention and no response. Not the first time but definitely the last time I go to that dunks.
