We come here pretty frequently, especially since a few places in town have closed, but the quality has just gone down... unfortunately. Made in the shade has been a favorite sandwich for many years, but this one was lacking pesto and the bagelsseemed off. Drip Coffee is always a miss too. The best thing here is the jalapeño cheddar bagel, but honestly it?s a bit overpriced for the quality lately. Read more

Lattes and cappuccinos were delish! This trendy coffee spot is the place to be in Dover for great coffee. They stayed busy the... entire time we were there and finding a seat was a bit of a challenge. But it was worth it. Will definitely grab coffee hereanytime I'm in Dover. Read more

Ugh I love this place. It?s annoying because I live 40 minutes away and crave their food all the time. Not the mention the chill... vibe. And if you can get a window table, you won?t want to leave. I sketched the design to my house here so- it?s a good spot tostay a while. Read more

Five stars no questions about it! Everything about this place is quality. Place was jumping and the staff was fully ready for... it. They knew their stuff and it showed. Excellent latte, great craft breakfast sandwiches and a dynamic, welcoming environmentwith big shared tables, couches, nooks and outdoor seating. Grab and go, coffee date, stay and work. This place rocked Read more

Flight Coffee gets a lot of things right. First, the aesthetics are fantastic. The exposed brick, the wide plank floors, open... floor concept with the bar and counter in the middle provide a comfortable environment to drink coffee, eat a lunch, chat withfriends, or burry your nose in a book. The atmosphere of completes the experience. Smells of subtle and don?t sway the customerone way or the other. The music is loud enough to hear but doesn?t override the conversation. There are nooks and corners forpeople to have private conversations while in a public space. And here?s a defining element of coffee shops for me: the properbalance of cozy couches and carpets to hard surfaces and modern shapes. It?s comfy but not homie to the point ofclaustrophobia. Some final observations I appreciated: local and diverse art on the walls with price tags, chalk drawing andlists advertising live music and various coffee orders, and finally, a pour over bar with 5 unique brewing styles available. Theoptions were v60, Kemex, flash brew, syphon, and French press. I highly recommend Flight Coffee in Dover, NH! Read more

It?s a beautiful coffeehouse. I loved the decor. My latte was absolutely beautiful and delicious. I had the classic sandwich. I... liked it but bread needs a little butter. I would definitely go back. Barista did an amazing job. Read more

Voted New Hampshires best cafe for a reason. This cafe is the only place I've tried in NH or Maine that always gets it right,... and believe me I've tried more than a few. The coffee is consistent and delicious, with so much more flavor than anywhere else. They also make a perfectly sweet but not too sweet mocha frappe blended coffee drink (pictured in the last photo) which isperfect for cooling down and refreshing on a hot summer day. You may catch a snooty attitude from a few of the workers, but ingeneral most of them are nice and the coffee is worth the eye roll afterwards. Read more
