This place has gone down hill... Smaller portions higher prices and service gets 1 star because there is no service. By 9:30 am (WEEK DAYS) if there are any fresh baked Souffles left... they are usually hard, dry & barely lukewarm. Often all... shriveled & almost cold & flat tasting. I remember when ALL the Souffles flavors became PANERA menu items. They were always,YUMMY! then...always served hot & creamy & crispy instead of soggy & cold. NOT worth the $8.00 I spent over past few weeks forthis soggy, almost warm breakfast pastry. NEVER AGAIN! Ordered half a turkey and bacon bravo I think it was called. The price, $8.99 when the menu said $6.79. They offered to adjust... the price increase to the price listed, really, you need to ask me if I want the lower price?? Terrible. The worst Panera experience. They had a fly infestation inside the restaurant . Flies on top of food everywhere. The... staff was not friendly but also the food was poorly made and they took almost 30 minutes for a sandwich and soup order . Neveragain .! Read more
Prices are high but the food is good and usually correct. You do have to wait a little while, even after you've gotten the text... that your food is ready to be picked up on the rapid shelf. A few times recently, I've gone to pick up food and only half ofthe order is sitting on the shelf. If you even try to ask someone behind the counter, you get death glares and everyone tries toavoid speaking to you. Not very pleasant. The last time I came to this location, I saw them prepare my food and then anemployee disappeared with it. I then watched another employee walking around with my smoothie. It had been almost 10 minutessince I received a text that my order was ready to be picked up on the rapid shelf but it was nowhere to be found. I was finallyable to get an employee's attention to ask where my order was, and she said they had been trying to figure out where that foodbelonged. What?! I know the computer prints out sheets with my name and the order, so there should be no confusion. And insteadof asking me if the order was mine, as I was the only person who had been standing there for quite some time, they just decidedto ignore me and let my food get cold.
