Use to go the buffet years ago on a regular basis. Went recently to try out the buffet now that it's open on Fridays. The place... was very busy and seemed a little understaffed, but even at that, food was always available (though they did run out of platesonce). My wife and I love Pizza Hut we just wanted to make that clear before I continue with this review. There used to be one in our... area and it closed. We were legitimately sad. When I had to go to New Hampshire for work we quickly decided Pizza Hut was ourdestination for lunch before heading home. The parking lot is huge and has plenty of room for parking. When I walked in theperson working behind the desk was very nice and friendly. Great start. I noticed a sign stating the buffet was coming back. Howsweet is that. They have plenty of in house seating for pre Covid days. There where even a couple families sitting down eatinglunch. I ordered two large pizzas. An extra cheese and an extra pepperoni. We added cinnamon sticks and Cinnabons with a fairamount of extra sauce sides. The garlic sauce was so gross the food that was dipped into it was thrown away. The deserts andother sauces where very good though. Now to the pizza. I have to say I wasn?t ready for the amount of sauce on the whole pie. Idon?t remember that much last time I had Pizza Hut. The crust was nice and buttery. Exactly how I remembered it. All in all theexperience was good, not great or horrible but good. Now one last thing. The price. Since when did it cost $64.00 for the orderI just mentioned above? How on gods green earth did the pizza and snacks I used to love go up so much in price and down inquality. Yes I said 64 bucks. That is beyond a rip off and I will never ever go back because of that price. The taste of thegarlic sauce didn?t help either. Very gross. So bottom line. If your willing to pay way to much for pizza that doesn?t tastelike it used to and sauces that are not even close to good id still suggest going somewhere else. Read more
Had a great experience we went for the buffet. There were 10 of us and they kept up with everything. Waitstaff were funny and... fast. Almost entertaining. Wonderful service. Will go back. Oh and the good stayed fresh and hot. Read more
Staff are very friendly and efficient at making pizza. The company could serve to renovate and/or spruce up the building... interior, particularly the bathrooms. Read more
I would have given a zero but I didn't have that option. I ordered food and was told I'd receive in 30 mins needles to say I... never received my food. I tried to call twice and got no answer and was on hold for a lengthy time. What a disappointment. Read more
Ordered Online on July13. The order was not delivered... I was unable to reach anyone by phone... The status of the Pizza was... normal as usual but me and my 2 kids never received the Pizza. This is not acceptable. Now I have to wait for tomorrow to saythe same and see what happen with my money. This is the updated: I called again today 14JUL twice to speak with the ManagerSHAWN I think that's how spell his name. Incredibly absurd, they left me on hold for 35 minutes to talk to him. When I talked tohim, not even an apology, nothing to solve the problem. They have no customer service. Unfortunately, with people like that inthat business they will go bankrupt. Now, I have to wait to see if the bank will reject the payment and if not I will have tocall again and have that horrible experience with that store in Dover. Read more
The manager was amazing I requested a pizza that looked like a cat and she nailed it! She was super nice and went out of her way... to make sure I got the pizza for my 3 year old (she absolutely loved it) Read more
Pizza wasn't hot, not sure if it was the end of a delivery route.. Still tasted good. Glad they're bringing the buffet back!
