Absolutely fantastic food, service and drinks. We have been several times and we have never disappointed. The food menu is... always changing and fresh and you can't find a bad meal on it. If you're not eating at Sonny's, what are you doing!? Delicious and unique cocktails by a star bar tending staff blends... seamlessly with delicious food and a warm hipstery lodge interior to provide a fantastic experience all around. Their indoorand outdoor seating is available as weather permits and into late fall. Highlights of the cocktail menu include the bestespresso martini for miles, the lemon merengue which is a juicy treat, and seasonal frozen drinks. Seriously. Portsmouth who?You can get that experience right here in Dover. The food is always excellent from the burgers and handhelds all the way up tosurf and turf. Portion sizes are excellent and the food is reasonably priced. Your experience will be rounded out by a funstaff, who are hard working wonderful people and are a joy to see. Read more

This was my top choice as a wedding caterer. I’ve reached out more than weekly since May (it is now August). I called last... week and they said they get back to me on Monday. Surprise!… still nothing. They also now said my date has a pending invoice,they should’ve told me that 4 months ago instead of wasting my time, or actually engaged in a conversation with me beforebooking the date I had originally requested and verified on there end it was free. Definitely not helpful towards the stress ofthe wedding. *edited to add more details so sonny can’t continue to lie. The only thing your email said to me after myinitial contact was “what’s the date” when I responded with more details you said “awesome, I do have that dateavailable. Do you have a chance to talk on the phone?” I then emailed you 4 times with no response. Then 3 more times with noresponse or calls. If it is first come first serve the date should still be available but now I’m told May is potentially allbooked. Brides do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Read more
These guys have an amazing brunch. Lots of brunch cocktails some of which are very creative, including a bottomless bloody Mary... or mimosa. The benedicts were poached perfectly (it's not easy to properly poach an egg, you know) with just the right amount ofhollandaise and micro greens. Been meaning to try this place for a minute now. I have stopped in a few times picking up doordash orders for you fine citizens... of the tri city area. Atmosphere is mad chill. Sat outside. Nice little area that is dog friendly! Had the bacon cheddar ????which was really good but the hidden gem is the fries!!!! Soooo good! Get in there and eat! Read more
Good drinks but consistently bad food and service. I got sick from salmon that tasted like a Porta potty 6 months ago and my... waitress hid from me. I even had stomach issues the next day. My friend really wanted to get drinks and apps there tosay so Irelented, but it was terrible. I was expecting more than 5 fries for $8 before tax and tip. Our waitress explained they were"thick cut". Maybe with gold... The fries were bland and so were the chicken tenders. Definitely never going back after this. Read more
