The worst subway experience ever. The restaurant was completely empty of clients except for two children related to one of the... employees that were there. We stood 5 minutes at the counter face to face to an employee preparing an order (on line order weguess) she wouldn?t even say one moment, look at us or even acknowledge or care that we were in front of her. The other employeecame in, did not look at us neither and then we decided to walk out of the place. 2 weeks ago my wife and I walked in and found an employee sitting down busy on her phone. We stood on line ready to order and... there was no employee to help us. 3 minutes later another employee emerged from the kitchen and took our order. We came intoday and found the same employee sitting down busy on her phone. She didn't acknowledge us nor did she get up to take ourorder. I witnessed an employee smoking/vaping. At first, I couldn't believe what I was seeing.After few seconds, the employee continued... to smoke This behavior is not acceptable. I have contacted City of Dover, Health and Service Department. Subway, you are indangering the health and Safety of your customers. I ordered two subs. I asked Shawner to put mayo first, this request upsether and she said she was not going to do it and pass the subs to her co-worker. She was rude and unpreffedional.
