yesterday 10/31/22 6PM the tomatoes were moldy, and there was a black hair in the provolone cheese metal tray where they serve... directly to customers. Rude staff member from Africa and flies!! This was the worst experience not worth $1 to sit in that filth Read more

The worst subway experience ever. The restaurant was completely empty of clients except for two children related to one of the... employees that were there. We stood 5 minutes at the counter face to face to an employee preparing an order (on line order weguess) she wouldn?t even say one moment, look at us or even acknowledge or care that we were in front of her. The other employeecame in, did not look at us neither and then we decided to walk out of the place. While we were figuring out where else to eat,the second employee that we saw came out and asked if we still wanted something to eat. We decided to leave. Read more

2 weeks ago my wife and I walked in and found an employee sitting down busy on her phone. We stood on line ready to order and... there was no employee to help us. 3 minutes later another employee emerged from the kitchen and took our order. We came intoday and found the same employee sitting down busy on her phone. She didn't acknowledge us nor did she get up to take ourorder. Few minutes later another employee came from the kitchen and took our order. The lack thereof or the integrity from thisemployee leaves nothing to be desired. Read more

I witnessed an employee smoking/vaping. At first, I couldn't believe what I was seeing.After few seconds, the employee continued... to smoke This behavior is not acceptable. I have contacted City of Dover, Health and Service Department. Subway, you are indangering the health and Safety of your customers. I ordered two subs. I asked Shawner to put mayo first, this request upsether and she said she was not going to do it and pass the subs to her co-worker. She was rude and unpreffedional. I cannotbelieve that she still working. I provided my name and phone number andI requested a manager to call me. To this day, I havenot heard back from management at Subway. I will not eat here. Store owner or and store never pick up when they were open, i never got my$2.89 for the three cookies on June 11th 2022 i order,... i tried calling more than once. can't leave message. i have talk to franchise and they don't care they are stealing. Never thought I'd write a review about a Subway. Did online ordering at noon for pick-up at 12:45pm. Arrived to the store at... 12:50pm, order was not on the order pick-up station. One person working with a 10 person line. Waited for 5 minutes then askedthe woman politely if my 12:45 order was ready. She looks down at the slip and says no and rudely says she's going to serve allthe people in line first. Don't go to this Subway it's horrendous. Read more

Terrible service stood in line for almost a half hour with only four people, with no experience employee to do there job. Worst... subway I?ve ever been. Didn?t even get to order food because person making subs took 1/2 to make only 4 sandwiches. Watchemployee wipe her face/nose with the gloves that she was making the sandwiches with and then continued making sandwiches withoutchanging gloves. Walk out of store Disgusted. Read more
