I used to order from this location a few times a month, but after my last experience here, I don?t intend to do business with... this store ever again. This first portion of the review is about Doordash: if you wish to hear about the experience I hadattempting to get a replacement order from this store, please scroll until you see ?They refused to even attempt to make anotherorder?. My friend and I had a craving for some Popeyes Chicken and ordered promptly at 11:59am so that the order (which was tobe provided by Doordash) would arrive by 12:45 at the latest. We placed our order (which added up to about 40 dollars afterdelivery fees) and waited. After an hour, I began to feel quite concerned as to the whereabouts of my order, so I called thedriver. No answer. So, I called Doordash Customer Service and they were understanding, apologetic and offered two options: 1.)to call the restaurant and have them make a new order to be delivered ASAP or 2.) to request a refund. Given that an hour andforty minutes had now gone by since I had placed my order and we were still hungry, I decided to go with Option 1. Afteranother ten minutes on hold with Doordash, the representative informed me that the restaurant would not accommodate myrequest. They refused to even attempt to make another order. Peak lunch hours are often from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. It starts tofizzle out after 2:30pm. I know this because I have worked in fast food and the food service industry before. By 3:00 (the timeit was when I finished up with Doordash and spoke to a Popeyes Customer Service rep, who, by the way, was also very friendly andis the only reason I awarded an extra star), the business is slow until 5:00 when the dinner rush begins. This location haslost my business permanently. To insult me, the customer, by refusing to accommodate nor offer a reasonable excuse as to why youcan?t do so is the complete opposite of customer service. Was scrolling through my camera roll and saw the pictures from my visit on May 21, 2022. Very dissatisfied with the food... received. I guess they were running out of fries and mixed it with shoestring fries. My kids didn't even want it after seeingthat. That wasn't right. The visit before that I had an issue with old shrimp and chicken. I will not patronize this locationagain. Read more
This Popeyes location is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. I have to say for myself I am not a big fan of Popeyes.... Ordered their traditional crispy chicken sandwich it was just okay I got a side of fries, again they were just okay. If you likePopeyes chicken then you should like this location. Read more
Chicken sandwich was good; very crispy, nice bun, pickle, and mayo round it out. Try the red beans and rice for a novel side.... Cole slaw was mediocre. Apple pie is worth getting two, you'll regret it if you don't. Read more
Clean place. Well organized. Staff was grumpy. I did not want a soft drink and asked for water instead. No cups were offered but... instead they gave me water in the the side bowls used for coleslaw. Disappointing. The chicken pieces and the spicy sandwich wasfreshly made and per my expectations. Both were tasty and crispy. Better than KFC. Read more
This review is solely on the spicy chicken sandwich. I ordered in the drive-thru and received the sandwich quickly. The sandwich... itself was warm, crispy, and the chicken was tender. I was hoping for a little more spice. Overall the value was very fair. Aslong as the line is short I will be returning! Read more
Even though It was really busy and my order took long to come out. I can said, that I never saw a manager walking by each table... and asking if everything was ok. You see that type of service in upscale restaurant. I couldn?t take his name, I know is aLatino man, but thank you so much for checking on the customer. I wish all manager can do the same thing.
