Called to order pizzas for a small party. 3 hours ahead of time. The "owner" argued that they don't deliver to my house. They... deliver at my house 2 times per week. She told me they couldn't guarantee out pizzas would very here by 630! She said if theywere too busy , they wouldn't deliver to us. Are you kidding me! Lots of hungry little girls , that wouldn't be ok. That isnot how you treat anyone if you want to keep customers. We will not be spending money at this business going forward. Read more

Got the Chicago style pizza so I was unable to see toppings also tipped them well on a 40$ order.I wanted just onions on it and... they put banana peppers and green peppers no onions.im allergic to banana peppers and just almost died after taking a bite.thank God i had my epipen or I could be dead.never again will I order from this horrible establishment. The deep dish pizza wasn't as good as it should have been. Couldn't find the Pepperoni or the hamburger. And the price was high... too. $14.99 and it was all dough. Also the cheese garlic bread 4 pieces was $6.99. Maybe I should call it Biden's East OfChicago. And it doesn't even look like it's supposed to. This shop makes great toasted subs. We especially like the Italian and the steak sub with cheese and green pepper. The Chicago... style pizza is also delicious. Not quite up to what you get in the Windy City, but respectable and a LOT closer. Very quickservice with delivery available. Nice people too! Taco pizza is a nice change of pace. Read more
Called to order a LG 3 topping pizza. When the order was repeated back and it was incorect I asked to start the order over. I... was told by the manager "I do not have time for this, you messed the order up". I apologized and again asked if we could juststart over. The manager responded " the order is not wrong". I was very confused as being I am the one placing the order for myfood. So rude. Very disappointing! Not to mention it was 11:01 am I had to be the first call of the day ! Read more
