We had this coupon from a fundraiser we supported and ordered 2 speciality pizzas, but were told it doesn't apply to a second... speciality pizza, but only to a one topping pizza. The coupon literally says Any Pizza and it is underlined for emphasis. Wewish these restrictions would have been more clear. Read more
Made our last order here tonight! We used to order chicken here extra crispy and loved it. Last 3 times we ordered it extra... crispy it came with the breading still doughy and tasted horrible. Tonight it was so undercooked it was pink in the middle.Called and manager on duty said they won't make it extra crispy any more because they feel it's unedible. They aren't eating itand I'll decide how I want my food! Should of told us that when we ordered instead of after delivering if they no longer doextra crispy chicken! Extremely disappointed in our local gioninos recently. Food has always been great and the employees are usually super sweet. We... have been ordering from there for about 2 years. Recently we have noticed the quality has gone down. I love everything theyoffer but my go to is the spicy garlic chicken sub. The last 2 or 3 times it?s been on the dry side. So this evening I asked theperson behind the counter if he could add a tad more sauce and before I could even explain he said he couldn?t unless he chargedme for it first. I do not need a whole cup of sauce. I have ordered it before and there is so much I end up throwing most away.I just wanted a little more so the sandwich wouldn?t be so dry. It might be a long while before I order from here again.Restaurants are more Focused on the money than the quality. Good pizza. Awesome meatballs. Their chicken is good too, just didn't get it this time. Next time I'll order a bigger pizza... because my daughter that said she wasn't eating, ate 3/4 of my pizza. Read more
